They ran out of protein and did not tell us until they were scooping it. Literally just a few dry pieces left in the tubs. Gave us half scoops and got charged for Double meat and this is all I got. Most expensive rice Ive ever bought.

Food was very tasty. Our first time which we told the girl. Got the carne asada bowl. Did NOT KNOW and wasn't told what you could have on it. The place itself was absolutely filthy!! Food scraps all over the floor and the tables. The trash bin was overflowing! There were 6 employees in the building (it's small) and not one came over to clean anything up. Will not be returning and pray we don't get food poisoning, it was that bad!

They overcharged me by $80 for an order because the kid working the register had no idea what he was doing. Now they refuse to pay me back, or return my phone calls. This Chipotle is the worst run place Ive seen. Ill never eat here again.

It said it’s open till 11:00 pm. It’s not. I got there and they were closed at 10:00 pm.

The first time I came in, food was as expected, but the manager seemed a bit rude to the staff, which is a bit hard to support. I came in again and was serviced by Molly who was so nice. Welcomed me in, I was in and out in 5 minutes. She was the best! Thanks, Molly!

The food is always great as is the service I eat here probably three times a month and the dining room is always a complete wreck!! Trash cans overflowing inside food and trash on the floor, not exactly what you want to look at while eating dinner...

I was a little worried to order here from the bad reviews, but was super hungry and didn't have much of a choice. They were fantastic! My order was ready on time. The gal at the window was quick to attend to me and incredibly friendly and sweet! I wish I would have gotten her name to give her a shout out! Don't be afraid of the reviews it was great!

I came in one day to eat super excited to try the new Carne Asada and after I ask, if I can get a little more Carne, they’ll charge me double that’s fine I was being called fat and being bullied because I want extra Carne Asada by this gentleman who is very tall dark hair back on grill and he was just calling me names and calling me fat while I’m ordering my food is this how you let your workers be? This is how you let your managers work criticizing your Crewmembers and calling your customers fat after putting money in your pocket? Disgraceful disgusting and I think he deserves to be fired for treating customer like that that should not be standing for he shouldn’t even have his job. Tuesday, I’m disgusted and I thought his name started with an R Whoever is the store is disgusting and whoever hired him deserves to get fired with him.
