Jersey Mike's Subs

Typically the food is great... if you can get it....but there are multiple times when the menu is shut down for online ordering hours before their closing time. Such as tonight. At 630pm... when they are supposed to be open until 9...forced to go in because they shut off their online menu..again... the entire restaurant is cleaned, everything is put away, only a few wheat breads available for a limited topping sandwich because everything is put away 2.5 hours before closing..... again..this happens regularly. Just another lake st louis chain that starts strong for a month then immediately drops off to absolutely abysmal quality and service. Given the absurd prices of this place you would think they would at least fully service people until closing... absolutely ridiculous. We should get a happy ending when a sandwich costs $20. At a minimum we should be able to actually get a samdwich...

1st time that my hubby and I ate here. It was great! Tried their gluten free bread, very soft and great taste. The staff working were very helpful and kind with us newbies! We live like 3 minutes away and will definitely be back.

Consistently great food and great service

workers seemed stand offish and not pleased that customers were coming in during prime lunch time. felt judged for my order and workers didn’t want to be there.

I visited this new Jersey Mikes today and I will say they are absolutely rocking out with their service. They were friendly and quick to get my subs out and their chicken bacon ranch was the bomb. Definately my favorite sub shop in Lake St. Louis.

This location is off to a Terrible start . Manager is rude . Had a sandwich remade that didn't have any oil on and got an oil and vinegar soaked mess . If you cant handle customers go do something else . 1st time and last time . I'll stick to the O'Fallon location.

Overpriced sandwiches and bread seemed not fresh.
Tried calling the manager today but, he was rude and yelling then hung up on me.
Jimmy John's in Lake St Louis is around the corner. Will be going there for now on.
It's a shame that this new location isn't living up to their corporate standards. If they were then the sandwiches would have been fresh.

I had the BEST experience at the brand-new Jersey Mike’s in Lake St. Louis on opening day (August 20, 2025)! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome. Everyone was so friendly, upbeat, and clearly excited to be there, which made the energy amazing!

Special shoutout to Eric and Kayden, who were awesome, and the young lady with the pink and purple hair—she was so sweet and helpful. Honestly, every single team member went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The food was fresh and delicious (of course!), but what really stood out was the exceptional service and positive vibes. I will always come to this location whenever I’m in the area. Great job, team—you made opening day unforgettable!
