I got into the drive through line at 10:19am and I waited patiently until it was my turn at 10:34am, when I asked politely if I could order breakfast they refused me. I saw the screen on the truck in front of me as I pulled up and they hard ordered a huge breakfast. The lady taking my order laughed at me disrespectfully and completely disregarded the fact I had been in line. Complete waste of my time and weird they would treat a customer this way after clearly allowing one truck ahead to order. Lamar local here as well.

I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich thru the drive through. I got a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. There is a reason why I do not order spicy food. I have whats called fissure tongue… deep cracks and soars. You have no idea what kind of pain this is, for a long period of time by taking a bite into that sandwich. If someone orders a non spicy meal, then that I’d what they should get! Get your act together!!! And no, I couldn’t return it since we were traveling through

A LARGE track meet let out at the high school and the workers not only kept great attitudes, they made our meals as quickly as possible. Even our special orders were correct! And the workers kept professional smiles on their faces through the chaos.

Bathroom was absolutely DISGUSTING. Including the urinals, I stopped here to get a coffee then use the bathroom, after I used the urinal I didn’t even order my coffee because of how gross the bathroom was.

Stopped on our way to Hot Springs Arksnsas after getting fuel at 9 pm at night. Had a passenger drop their phone in the bathroom didn't find out untill 11 miles down I49 called & the manager found it as we turned around to come back & get it. Very Awesome & it's great there are still honest people still. I appreciate everything & will stop again on our way to Okla in May.

Incredibly disorganized staff. Food is fine but just getting your food is a struggle. This place needs new management or owners but I guess it helps that they're the only ones for miles around
