McDonald’s are not the same but this one is always more fresh and friendly I have found.

We waited in line for at least 20 minutes inside along with 3 other customers. 2 customers in front of us received the wrong orders. Another 2 drive through customers came in and complained that their orders were wrong. When we received our order, it was missing a McMuffin and had ingredients we didn't ask for. At first i thought they were short staffed but they had at least 6 people in the kitchen.

We went through drive Through and the lady that was at the window told my husband here take this was rude about and we didn't even get all of are order and had to turn around go back to get the rest of our order will not go back there again we travel

Orders get lost or messed up, and management likes to blame customers for ordering wrong items...
The only good thing about this place is fresh food. Besides that there crew sucks. Always bad attitude and terrible service

I wasn't even able to order. There system made an error and nobody would help me. They help every white person there was but only me they didn't help.

After waiting in line for about 15 minutes with no response at the speaker, I eventually pulled up to the window hoping to place my order. The gentleman there told me he couldn't take my order because I hadn't ordered at the speaker. I explained that no one had answered me, but instead of helping, he told me I'd have to go back through the line again. Another employee mentioned that customers usually just pull up if no one responds - but he insisted otherwise, with a snarky attitude on top of it.
I was simply trying to get food for my family while on the road, and the lack of communication and attitude were extremely disappointing. If I could give less than one star, I would. Terrible customer service. Lamar will unfortunately continue being Lamar.

Went through the drive thru. Their customer service sucked, as well as their ability to correctly fulfill an order. When told they'd given us the wrong order, we were met with a blank stare and an open mouth.

I think they put something in their cheese that causes people to become hungry again, and become addicted to the entire sensation. Just go to subsway. You'll spend the same money.

I got into the drive through line at 10:19am and I waited patiently until it was my turn at 10:34am, when I asked politely if I could order breakfast they refused me. I saw the screen on the truck in front of me as I pulled up and they hard ordered a huge breakfast. The lady taking my order laughed at me disrespectfully and completely disregarded the fact I had been in line. Complete waste of my time and weird they would treat a customer this way after clearly allowing one truck ahead to order. Lamar local here as well.
