If I could rate 0 ⭐️I would. We ordered a supremo and a blforham sandwich. The bread was plain hoagie on both ( not what is advertised) the supremo should have had 3 different meats and it had 1 slice thin deli ham and literally 1 pepperoni with no salami both had wilted brown lettuce and 6 very small cubes of dried out tomatoes on each sandwich and a piece of I’m guessing provolone cheese. They were both in one sack with one Pizza Hut paper wrapper on them. It is supposed to be toasted and have Italian dressing. The sandwich’s were only toasted on the outside. We received a surprise when we opened the sack and 2 dried out pickles ( not in a wrapper or anything) and 2 small containers of cold Italian dressing fell out. 🤯 The brownie was in a small pizza box and was cold as well. This is the by far the worst meal I have ever paid $ 28.93 for. This Place just lost multiple family orders. We will not be going back.See the pictures of what was served. Do better🤷🏼♀️

Pizza taste I like rubber when You eat smorgasbord it’s all really pretty high for meal sad did not injoy my meal at all don’t keep pizza out for Customers to much with mushrooms I won’t go back even 8 dollars higher than other place I would not even give them 1 star

just ordered pizza went to pick up all I had was 100.$ my order was 44.$ they told me they don't take 100s told me go some where else to get change. I cancel my order go to Casey's. won't be ordering from pizza hut ever again.

My family and I came to enjoy pizza after the Lamar fair. We came and sat at the table. After sitting down the server was very hostile so we decided to get pizza to go to be less of an inconvenience. The server, Hannah, was taking our order. My family is not English speaking so I was translating for my parents. While translating the server got annoyed and stormed off behind the counter yelling for another server to come and take our order. After the new server came I asked what the name of the girl was and if the manager was here. She told me that she was the manager and gave me the name of the worker. She told me that she is just tired and wants to go home and that it has been a long day. I told her I understand that however the disrespect towards my family was not appreciated and it was completely inappropriate. Please be aware of Hannah. Her patience is slim.

Now THIS is a PIZZA HUT! I ordered a pie from y’all yesterday and it was so dang good, I think I will dream about it for months to come. Sheesh. I live in KC and our locations could learn a lot from this one!! The woman who helped me at the drive thru window (came around 12:40) was so kind, too. I will definitely order again when I pass through. 10/10

Love the pull apart pizza with the ranch flight. It was absolutely amazing and I’m so glad they brought it back! Also the little blonde at the register was absolutely a doll and super sweet! She was even going to bring our pizza to us at our car!!

This is probably the worst experience I've ever had at Pizza Hut. We ordered $100+ worth of pizza and breadsticks, which would have been three pizzas and three orders of family breadsticks and some garlic cheese sticks. The waitress was really nice but just didn't care as our drinks never got refilled. Our pizza, that's a whole nother story. Three large pizzas thin crust and when they got to the table the crust was dark brown and I can already tell it was burnt. I had my 4-year-old and 1 year old with us and it's hard for little kids to eat pizza that is burnt because you know it's hard as a rock. We told the people running the place, and all that was said is I'll let them know in the back and we never heard anything else about it. She didn't care that we couldn't eat our pizza, let alone my children. It was definitely the worst customer service I've encountered in quite some time.

We're from Joplin but make our way to this Pizza Hut as it's the only one that still offers Dine In. We hope you keep this option, it's what makes this location so special! The staff is very friendly too.

The pizza was good. It would be nice though, if they are going to offer a buffet they should keep enough for out. The service was bad! Our waitress never once came back to our table for anything! It wouldn't hurt to fix up the building and clean it more.
