Looking for a place out of the Main Street and with amazing service and food? Take a scenic trip to Lampe and stop by The Fillin' Station, Lampe MO for some amazing home cooked food and bbq. We stayed nearby and wanted something that wasn’t a chain and this was a hit..everything made in house and a drive shorter than what you’d do waiting in line on the strip…first time here but we will be back! Homemade apple dumplings to go right out of the oven…owners and cooks and staff were all fantastic…
Always the same. GREAT!!!! Just like a Home cooked meal. Must stop if you are near.

The food was excellent, and the service was quick and friendly. My husband had the smoked ribs, which he found delicious and flavorful enough to skip the BBQ sauce. He also had coleslaw and baked beans, although he wasn’t fond of the jalapeño flavor in the beans. I ordered the smoked pulled pork, Italian-style green beans, and potato salad. Everything was very good, though I added BBQ sauce to the pork for extra flavor. The portion was generous, and I couldn't finish my meal.
I would definitely dine here again if in the area.
Great food, great people. Always good food and nice, fast service. We order pick up and the order is always correct and fresh. When we in at the Fillin Station we always get great service.
We can't rate the food, just the extremely poor service. The server literally sat and took the orders of 3 other tables, after we were seated, all the while we sat there and watched her continue to wait on every table but ours. No drinks, and she tossed our menus at us and walked away. No greeting, and didn't even look at us. She then started running out of food to the tables who were sat after us! Unreal! Since she didn't even speak to us, I don't know her name, but she's the short, rude brunette who waits on locals and ignores a newbie like ourselves. We were really looking forward to trying this place and becoming a new local, but neither my husband nor myself will go there again. Sad too, because this place was suggested by a life long resident. I'm sure she will be embarrassed by your behavior.

This place was overall a decent restaurant and worth your visit if you’re in town. For all of you people with kids out there that will only eat chicken tenders and French fries, this place will work! The chicken is amazing along with the fries, and there is bottomless lemonade. Most people who go here get delivery, but there is nothing wrong with eating inside, I have done both. Overall a great place.

Delicious. What more can I say. We stopped here after going through dogwood and it hit the spot. The staff was really friendly and the food was awesome. We had the nachos and a fillin station burger and each were something to write home about. We'll need to make this a must go for when we come back into town.
