We loved it here so much we came back twice in 24 hours! My son is the pickiest eater, never eats anything out at restaurants and ate their personal pizza and a grilled cheese! Can’t praise them enough! Highly recommend if you’re in the area, also worth the trip though!

I moved to the area in July 2022, white lightning was the first local spot I tried, it was lunch time, and I decided on a burger, and fries.
The bun was lightly toasted, cheese perfectly melted, thick crisp bacon, and a perfectly cooked patty, made for a simple
But perfect burger that melts in your mouth, and doesn't fall apart!
Generous helping of battered frys that were crispy to the last bite.
To finish off that great meal I had one of their homemade chocolate chip cookies, which are delicious, and enormous! And mildly addictive, recently I had the idea of bringing a box to work once, i have been informed that it needs to be made a bi monthly ritual by my coworkers.
Go check them out. The food was so good it got my attention, but really it's the staff, owners, and regulars that are all so friendly and welcoming, they foster community, as they have my family they will also welcome yours with their kind hearts, and full plates.

You can not go wrong stopping at the White Lightening. Definitely our new stop when headed to a concert at the black oak amp. The food is delicious, and the service is wonderfully enjoyable. If you're out in the area, make a lunch stop.

Well, service is usually when you are waited on with follow-ups. Here, you order at the counter, and they will call your number and drop it off. I have no problem with that. However, both our orders for hamburgers with no sides were wrong after a 25-minute wait. In addition, the meat tasted like it was going bad on both meals, and it was heavily salted. The lady at the counter was nice and did write the order correctly. It was medium busy. I think maybe it was just a bad day. You may be fine, but I will try other places before I would want to go back. I did tip well but technically there is no service here. Also folks, look up the definition of tip. It's interesting and will put things back in focus. "To insure promptness ". I think overall they may be ok, but this was my experience.

We were in town for a lake weekend and ate here for breakfast. We got the breakfast burrito and breakfast biscuit with egg and bacon. Food was super hot and had great flavor. Later that evening we came back to get milk shakes to go for dessert. Great place!
