Worst Sonic on planet earth!! I will never go there again. They gave us our burgers not the way we wanted even after asking us twice. Our tater tots and fries were hours old and cold. Unfortunately we found this out after we got back to the house. We called them. We went back. They were totally rude. At that point we just wanted our money back. They took their time to refund us. Horrible experience! When we go to the Lake we will never give them our money. We will go to Camenton!
So slow, always. Even if there's no one in the drive through, you're waiting upwards of 10 minutes just to order. The food is lower quality than any other sonic I've visited as well.

The last two out of five times I ordered their, I didn't get what I ordered. And it takes anywhere from 18 to 25 minutes to get something there. So tired of this place andLauri

This location has always been friendly, fast, and clean. I've not had a bad experience at this location.
Unfortunately I need to update. I visited here again and the response time after I pressed the order button was over 6 minutes. I finally just ordered in the app since no employee was answering our call. Looks like they need additional help at this location. Our two ice creams took over 20 minutes to arrive. The employees also didn't seem to be in any kind of rush. They just walked like there weren't 10 cars parked out front .

I swore to myself I would not go to this sonic again because the food is either old, cold, gross, wrong or missing from order.I believed eventually it will improve and be like it was years ago, but NO. Again I wasted money and time for tough, hardly chewable cold chicken. I'm incredibly frustrated like most locals and will NOT go back. Throwing money in the trash isn't worth it.

I just can't anymore with this place. If it's not one thing, it's always another issue and excuses. How are there different sizes on breakfast burritos? Don't order ANYTHING, especially if you have an allergy. The kids working there simply don't care. None of them knew how to give proper change, and I had to wait for a manager to figure out what I was owed back. Never again.

Absolute trash. Sat at the drive-thru order box for 30 minutes waiting just to have to drive around to the window to order. Then sat at the window for 20 minutes waiting on my food. My son’s tots are over cooked as well as my cheddar bites. Cheese everywhere. Something I haven’t experienced at any other Sonic. Ever.
If you want crap service, crap food and to sit in your car for an hour, this is the place.

This Sonic is the opposite of the silly blue hedgehog, the service is insanely slow, the touch screen barely works, each press took 20 clicks, and the atmosphere is terrible. If you love the silly blue hedgehog you will NOT love this sonic, this sonic puts the ICK in sonic.

The service in this particular Sonic has exposed favoritism and discrimination when it comes to serving customers. The last few times I was there with my autistic sibling, they have not put any toys in his kids meal. Worse yet, I was flat out told that they were not going to give them out. Never said they were out, just said they're not giving them out. When I asked why, I was not given a legitimate reason. Just say they're not giving them out.
Now, just recently, they're trespassing people for refusing service just because they could. A friend of mine was just there waiting for service for about over an hour. Meanwhile, other customers are getting served. He was sitting there on the waiting booth and was told he would be served in a moment. Only to shut off his service booth while other people were getting their food and leaving AFTER him. When my friend activated the booth again after about twenty minutes, he was told again they would be there momentarily. Only for him to wait another forty-five minutes. He had to press the service button a couple of more times to finally get someone, and that's when the lady told him she was not serving him anymore. He was then asked to leave by the manager himself without telling my friend why. I understand that by law, servers are allowed to refuse services without telling their reasoning. However, what occurred was flat out discrimination. I'm no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that is against the law.
My friend was ridiculed, just for trying to get service. I may not have been there, but given my experience for how they treated me and my autistic brother, it does not surprise me. Laurie's Sonic Drive-In is not a welcoming environment. I never had this issue in Versailles Sonic.

Ordered cheddar peppers and cheese bites 2 drinks. Took 20 minutes and brought us a hot dog and cheddar peppers then management comes out with r recite and also asked what happened lol. What a joke of a place service sucks such a simple order and you messed up then took another 10 minutes to fix it

I spent 29.00 on 2 meals ended up with pickles on a sandwich that weren't supposed to be there bothe sandwiches and fries were Luke warm and chewy.. it's the only drive through in town and can't even serve decent food.
