I live here in Laurie and have tried on multiple occasions to give this sonic here a chance but today is the last day. I ordered a #3 add bacon cheeseburger no onions no pickles. I got a #3 cheeseburger loaded with enough mayonnaise to do 5 burgers. Hardly any lettuce no tomatoes. Tots are always cold and service at the drive thru takes a min of 5 minutes just for them to answer drive thru and then another 10 min in line. Every time we come here the burgers and food are horrible. We will not eat here again we will just drive 15 min to Camdenton.

I stopped by the sonic on my way home from the lake. I just wanted a couple drinks. I went through the drive-through and the person on the other end told me they would be right with me. I then proceeded to wait 10 minutes in the drive-through and no one got back to me. There were several cars behind me so I pulled around to a stall. I pushed the button and waited another five minutes, but still no response so I left. The service here is unacceptable.

Sat at the drive-through menu for 10 minutes no one answered, drove to the window. People walked up to the window knew we were there and still didn’t answer. Talk about poor customer service. I highly do not recommend this place

Management is just terrible here, food was slightly cold and was very slow. Only think good was the drink but that’s hard to mess up

My drink was made wrong due to it being a window day and the speaker box , the lady was so sweet, she got it fixed right away and then it was perfect! Gladly tipped her then ate my lunch outside. It was clean, quiet and no issues at all with my food 🙂👌🏻

Meat on cheeseburger was Luke warm. Sent back and 2nd one was just as cold. Out of time so just left and suffered eating it. Horrible.

Stopped here just for ice cream. Staff was polite and fast. Ice cream sundaes were delicious. Typical Sonic.
