We had a wonderful meal. We had the bruschetta trio with 3 different toppings. My wife had the muffuletta sandwich and I had the special, flank steak with an arugula chimichurri. It was all delicious! My wife had the crème brûlée cheesecake for dessert and loved it. I loved the brûléed sugar crunch. Chef John was in the house and was super attentive just as he is at The Tavern at Trails End.

Wow. We were there last Thursday. Chef Jon came out to greet us three. Welcome us, Explain the nights appetizer that wasn't on the menu. Scallop Picatta was Terrific. The homemade buns with meal were soft and delicious. Had their Caesar salad was perfectly dressed. We had the Pork chop, Filet with Brandy Cream Sauce, and Cioppino with side of Pasta, all entrees done perfectly down to the asparagus and homemade pasta. We had the Cannolis for dessert and they were delightful. Definitely coming back, lots more we want to try and very happy with having a great restaurant on the west side in Laurie.

Absolutely wonderful experience here! We were excited to try an authentic Italian restaurant near our lake place and we were not disappointed! The chef came out and talked to all the tables which made it very personable and welcoming! The staff was great the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The arancini appetizer was amazing, the truffle pasta was so flavorful and delicious, the veal was to die for and the tomahawk steak was wonderful! The pasta is made in house and you can tell, it is WONDERFUL! We will absolutely be back! Also they had the best espresso martini I’ve had

Best restaurant at the lake hands down! The food is to die for with the butternut squash ravioli and the squash blossoms as the shining stars. The owner/chef checked on on several times through out the night and our waitress Heather was so helpful and informative. Honestly the best overall experience we have had at the lake ever. This is going to become our new regular spot.

If you’re in the area, this place should definitely be on your list of places to visit. Highly recommend making a reservation, especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. The staff and service alike were wonderful, the chef made a point to walk the floor and check in with all the guests, and he was incredibly receptive and easy to talk with. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was warm; Trattoria was an awesome place for a date night. As someone who cooks at home more than eating out, it checked all the boxes for a great meal, and will be someplace we come back to when we visit this area of the Ozarks again.
