I hosted a party here on 10/12/24 @5pm and had 30+ people. The party room was amazing and had lots of room, the service was outstanding, the food was yummy! 10/10 I will be hosting more parties with them in the future!

Went on a Wednesday night. There was only i believe two others in there, but it was very nice and laid back. We ordered the fried pickles, mushrooms and Buffalo boneless wings and it was all great.

I planned a surprise party for my husband. Brickhouse was responsive to my email, had no problem reserving tables for 40 guests. Our guests all had their drinks and were ordering food by the time my husband and I walked in the door. The servers were polite and attentive. The food was good. Love that there's so many options of activities, something for everyone! We will be back!

I put the highest star rating I could on service and atmosphere however it definitely deserves a higher rating than that the service at this place is a spot on Gray wonderful and they make you feel accepted and wonderful there ?? and that was just the employees atmosphere happy wonderful fun welcoming all around just a really great place to sit down and enjoy a nice game of bowling,? now for the food the food amount that you get there is far greater than most places I go for actual food not just fun I got a plate of nachos and the dish was so big that I was able to share with everyone, they deserve a six-star rating but I will put the max that I can.

Kid-friendliness: This place doesn't just accept kids it welcomes kids your kids feel safe and happy there the whole time that they are there, regardless of the child's age.

Fun atmosphere and the wait staff and hostesses were all very attentive! Here for a birthday party for my grandson and stayed to bowl and eat supper. Food was great too! I will be back!

Was at a birthday party, only ordered drinks. Kids had fun but I wasn't impressed with Rachel's customer service skills ?

We have been in the establishment on several accounts and have been disappointed with the service. We do like to attend bingo nights on Tuesday and now that they are forcing us to order food to play is ridiculous. If the service was better maybe there would be more purchased. We have waited extremely long times to receive our food and drinks and then when we ask waitress about where it all is, we are greeted with attitude. This needs to change. This is not a way to do business.
