Just spent 100$ having dinner with 2 grandsons. Ordered my steak med well no pink and got served a rare steak! Sent it back to be redone by the time I got my food both grandsons were finished with their meal. So much for having dinner together! Took mine in a go box and left. Lots of apologies no offer to discount which shud have been done. Very disappointed to have spent so much money on lousy experience. When a guest is a 100$ table get the food right and all out at same time! And even tho I did get a response asking for more info and told the franchise would be reaching out to me within 4 business days, that did not happen either. Just another disappointment. So they talk a good game but actually do nothing. Edit to add they did reach out to me and sent me a gift card.

My family ate here about 9 months ago and it was delicious but tonight it was so bad 😭 I have NEVER sent food back but my ribs and green beans came out cold. They brought the same plate back 3 minutes later scalding hot, so clearly microwaved. The “ribs” were not ribs…not even sure what meat I was eating. Took a couple bites and left it. Very disappointing. I really hate leaving bad reviews (and I rarely do) but wanted to warn other people it’s not how it used to be and not worth the money.

This was the better experience out of other times and locations I have been at. Service was timely, food was really good. I tried the new grilled cheese burger, it was pretty good and hit my expectations of what it pictured on the menu. Would stop in again on my vacation.

The food was nice, but they really need to take out one of the booth tables. We had about 18 inches of space between the seat-back and the table, and when I looked around, the other booths were no better. I'm not a big person, but it was still unpleasant even for me. I don't know who thought this was okay.
Applebee's is forever not disappointing. My favorites are always there, prepared well and delicious. While I have my go to meals, occasionally I try a special. Tried the new hot honey glazed chicken and bacon sizzlin' skillet today and was pleasantly surprised! Really yummy as were the side of waffle fries. May have to make room for another favorite!
