We just had the worst experience ever. My daughter got her son this weekend and had promised to take him to Applebee's as it's his favorite place to eat. When we got there, we were seated and never seen the girl that seated us again. We waited with no service for over half an hour. Nobody ever came to help us. My fiance finally went up to the bar and asked if anyone was working our area as we had been waiting so long and nobody had been to help us, yet another family came in and was waited on immediately. Long story short somebody finally came to get our drink orders and it took about 20-30 minutes to get our drinks to our table. Then finally we got to place our food orders . After placing food orders 1 appetizer was brought to our table about half and hour later. Then the rest of us waited another half hour or so for the rest of our food to finally come to the table. We looked online for specials and was advertised that appetizers are half price from 3pm-6pm and again from 9pm -close. I can't eat much so I got an appetizer, my fiance got an appetizer 2 kids got kids meals and my daughter got a salad and an appetizer. Anywho long story short. Horrible and embarrassing experience. When we get a $90 something dollar bill. My daughters phone died so she couldn't transfer more money over to her card. Then we had to scrounge to come up with it. Digging change and everything. The manager that helped us was very understanding and polite and we were still $3 short and she told us that was ok she would take care of it. Yes we had left a tip at the table too. This wasn't the first time we had bad service but last time was like 2 years ago. I want to thank the manager for being professional and trying to help. As far as the rest of the service it was horrible. Also not all of the chicken in my daughters salad was cooked all the way

The house margarita lacked flavor and was a mug full ice. Chicken tender mac and cheese was also fairly flavorless. The chicken tenders were mostly breading and the plate was rimmed in greasy fingerprints. Our waitress was great, but the food was just so, so.
I have not been to an Applebees in about twenty years but stopped in here while on business. The service was amazing, the waitress took our order they way I would expect at a fine dining restaurant, complete by memory with not a thing forgotten. As well, the beer glasses were clean, the draft pour was perfect, and the food was good. If you’re hungry and in Lebanon, MO I would recommend stopping in.

Ordered curbside pickup arrived at pick up time food wasn’t ready when I ask the girl where was my food I was told it would be ready now. She shrugged her shoulders and got an attitude 5 minutes later my food came out got home everything was cold the steak was supposed to be cooked medium rare it was so fat and grizzly I couldn’t eat it the broccoli was stone cold and the mashed potatoes were warm but too much butter.

Food wasn't that great. I ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo and to my disappointment, not a single piece of broccoli was actually cooked through. It was dry, had to ask for extra sauce. The manager ended up taking off most of my charge for my dinner.

A truck was a few days late (it had just gotten there before lunch), so a side wasn't prepped. It wasn't a big deal and accomodations were made.For some reason, it's always cold in the building. Today's very cold, windy weather made it worse, so 2 of us either wore a coat or draped it over our shoulders for the whole meal.
