For the first time ever I went to Arby's to try their new Gobber and Mac. Discusting cold everything. We told the person running shift, she looked at us like we were aliens, no sorry, no I take care of it. We get the food back, no change. I would never visit Arby's again or buy their cold food. Manager didn't give two craps.
We got so mad we didn't ask for a refund but left to give the food to our dogs .

Great food, if you can get it, they just don't have enough people.I think they cater to the people delivering food and the drive through.If you go in, you don't stand a chance of getting food I think you're put last on the list.

Went to the drive thru tonight and we ordered roast beefs. And they got our order wrong! And when they came back with our correct order, they said they was out of cheddar and but didn’t think to bring the money we paid for the cheddar! Wont be eating at this Arbys again!

Wanted to order the new loaded Italian sandwich and had to settle on the four for ten as they again were out of the newest item on their menu. Many tables setting uncleaned just requiring a simple wipe down.

This place is filthy. Floors and tables dirty. The men’s bathroom is disgusting! The urinal is out of order but people are still using it and it reeks! There was no paper towels either.
The diner is filthy. All the tables are covered in crumbs, and the floor is covered in food and dirt tracks. It looks like the bathrooms have not been tended to in a few days.
