Me and my daughter wanted to try out the monster meal. We were coming through Lebanon yesterday on Sunday. It was around 6 o’clock. We walked in only two people in the dining room and four people preparing food. We stood there for 10 minutes while two guys walked back-and-forth And never once said hi will be right with you, or anything to us. That’s not customer service to me. A couple walked in behind us and asked if we’ve been waited on I said no never even been acknowledged. So we turned around and left. I’ve never had customer service like that before if they would just acknowledged me and told me they’d be with me in a moment, I would’ve waited, but to be ignored that long and being looked at, didn’t deserve My time or money. We ended up going over to steak ‘n Shake and it took three minutes to get our meal. So from now on, we’re gonna be steak ‘n Shake people. It’s just very sad that customer service has come to this! if one of those men were a manager or an assistant manager, shame on them to have treated us that way!!

I got the crispy chicken sandwich. I forget the new name, but it was ok. The fries were the end of the bag. I had a lot of the little thin ones that get crunchy when you fry them. My SPRITE tasted like LIME. I wasn't mad about it. Just surprised. I don't know who to blame for that. Lol. It's burger king. 👍 (Sonic had the same extra lime sprite also, not just Burger King) Around 7-8pm on a Friday.

Really disappointed that the play ground is never open. Workers are mostly rude and not attentive. Bathrooms are never open.
Workers seemed on edge today. Maybe they're a bit short staffed. Eggs were bit blah today.

I would just like to comment on the staff on 12/19/24 at about 8-9PM. I placed an online order 20 minutes before I left my house. I waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes on my food to be given to me after the young lady at the counter looked out the window multiple times. And then finally she came over apologized for the wait which I did appreciate that. But then I was told to have a good night without handing me any of my drinks. I got my food home finally and my mom’s burger had no lettuce or tomato on it was just very poorly put together. Very disappointed in the staff there.
