Chen's Chinese Super Buffet

Very disappointed in Chen’s tonight. I called in an order at 4:30 for two dinners . Got there about 5:20-5:30 ran through McDonald’s for the kids first. Our food was not ready. The girl working the window was very unfriendly. We waited about 15 minutes to get our food and no utensils. While the food is large portions and has a good taste I just wish service was better. When the girl bought our food she was beyond hateful and really just ruined the night. I could have forgiven the wait time. When I walked into the restaurant for a fork there was one table. While working with the public is not for everyone at least be a decent human you never know what others are going through and being rude made me loose respect for the establishment.

Chicken has been really tough

This used to be my favorite place but went in tonight and the food looked like it has been there all day, when my granddaughter wanted fruit there were bugs in it. told the waitress who wiped off the spoon and put out some light by it and said it was ok.. never changed the fruit that was covered in bugs. now I'm home throwing up.. not happy. worst 40ish bucks I ever spent

Used to be the best place in Lebanon. They don't do hibachi anymore and the buffet is always a little to warm inside. At the price it's not worth it. We do use the drive thru consistently and they are very nice.

It's hot and humid here, their hibachi doesn't work, sushi choices very poor, only fake crab meat rolls, food on buffet not fresh,not a lot of choices, definitely won't be back and don't recommend

Ordered the Mongolian beef and their coconut shrimp my fiance said the beef tasted like shrimp (he hates shrimp) not great.

The drinks had ants in it we had 3 mountain dews and one Dr Pepper also had ants I do not want to ever eat here again this is the 2 time I’ve had ants in my drinks

Food was great. Price was insane. 2 of us cost $37. We won’t be back for that reason :(

5 stars across the board for Chens Chinese Buffet. For the price, it's well worth it!!! Delicious Chinese Food on their Buffet ? and Friendly Service Too. Great Place to eat in Lebanon Mo!!!
