Their cake decorator nailed my daughter's birthday cake. I dropped off decorations and told her make it cute and let me tell you she did just that. Thank you for such a amazing cake

I don’t ever write reviews but this situation actually baffled me with how i was talked to with such a serious situation. I went through drive through and got a few blizzards, we had a girl in the car that’s allergic to chocolate and she got some in one of her royal new york cheesecake blizzards that she found more than halfway through eating it. I called the store not rudely but it was a serious situation and the lady that picked up said that the blizzard is not supposed to have chocolate and then said she could replace the blizzard after i explained the situation. I told her that that wasn’t the issue because she had already eaten at least half and she said “well i’m gonna need to see it” i told her i could bring it back but i’m already 15 minutes out of town and she said “well i’m just going to need to see that” and i told her okay and that i can come back and that I can take some pictures as well bc it was melting and she said okay and hung up on me. Her tone was very rude and condescending. I have worked fast food and i understand the struggle but there was no reason for her to retaliate with an attitude like that, after i told her that she had already eaten it and i guess i didn’t need to explain after i verified that chocolate wasn’t supposed to be in the blizzard but i guess just go through your food and blizzards to make sure.

Both me and my bf got the chicken strip basket. We were asked to pull up cause our fries were cooking. The fries were completely soggy, the texas toast wasn't even toasted . It was my 1st time eating actual food and not just ice cream from there. I tried it and now I'll just go back to only Ice cream from there. Would not recommend.

Friendly employees and usually pretty clean! Line moves pretty fast for being so busy. The food is always good, but their fries not so much.

I went to the counter to order! I was greeted by a friendly person who took my order in a timely fashion. I had a brownie Blizzard I believe 😋 it was Amazing!

Cashier didn't listen to the order that was repeated to her twice while ordering. Then apparently told her parents that I yelled at her when I had to pay a second time because she didn't listen the first 2 times. Then was accosted by her parents when I left the store telling me I wasn't welcome back there again. I will never bring my business to this dairy queen again. This behavior from the cashier and her parents are not going to do this store any favors.

Food if amazing first off never had such good brownies and I get brownies at every place I go almost! The service was nice and fast! And the atmosphere was amazing they asked me to pull forward and I said no to mess with them and they wasn’t rude at all and I pulled forward 5/5!
