orders 4 tenders and guess what?? got home, looked in the box, to my surprise there was not 4, not 3, NOT EVEN 2, BUT ONE SINGULAR CHICKEN TENDER!!! i scan the box thoroughly to make sure my eyes weren’t deceiving me. they weren’t, i got one chicken tender. absolutely unbelievable. i think im still in shock by what happened. this is a once in a lifetime experience and a story i will pass on for generations. dairy queen, i have no idea what i did to deserve this betrayal. do better. i’ll enjoy my SINGULAR tender now. goodnight

I usually avoid eating at Dairy Queen because their burgers are dry and cold, the buns are never fresh, and the fries are cold and soggy. But my mother and I stopped at this location while on a road trip and I was pleasantly surprised! The burger was hot, flavorful, juicy, the fries were fresh & hot, and my bun was soft and fresh! I would like to add that the dining room and fountain area was really clean as well! 10/10 Good job to whoever is leading this team! You all care about what you serve and it shows! Thank you for a pleasant visit and a delicious lunch!

Their cake decorator nailed my daughter's birthday cake. I dropped off decorations and told her make it cute and let me tell you she did just that. Thank you for such a amazing cake

I don’t ever write reviews but this situation actually baffled me with how i was talked to with such a serious situation. I went through drive through and got a few blizzards, we had a girl in the car that’s allergic to chocolate and she got some in one of her royal new york cheesecake blizzards that she found more than halfway through eating it. I called the store not rudely but it was a serious situation and the lady that picked up said that the blizzard is not supposed to have chocolate and then said she could replace the blizzard after i explained the situation. I told her that that wasn’t the issue because she had already eaten at least half and she said “well i’m gonna need to see it” i told her i could bring it back but i’m already 15 minutes out of town and she said “well i’m just going to need to see that” and i told her okay and that i can come back and that I can take some pictures as well bc it was melting and she said okay and hung up on me. Her tone was very rude and condescending. I have worked fast food and i understand the struggle but there was no reason for her to retaliate with an attitude like that, after i told her that she had already eaten it and i guess i didn’t need to explain after i verified that chocolate wasn’t supposed to be in the blizzard but i guess just go through your food and blizzards to make sure.

Both me and my bf got the chicken strip basket. We were asked to pull up cause our fries were cooking. The fries were completely soggy, the texas toast wasn't even toasted . It was my 1st time eating actual food and not just ice cream from there. I tried it and now I'll just go back to only Ice cream from there. Would not recommend.
