So me and my daughter have been in the ER sense 3 am and got out a little after 10 so she wants Jim John’s so we I ask for a number 12 and she asked for number 7 something like that I get home it’s a number 11 so I call and she literally calling me a liar saying I did not order a number 12 I ordered the number 11 and I know I ordered a number 12 always have never done an 11 don’t like him so I know I didn’t order a number 12 she missed up my sandwich and call me a liar so I asked my daughter what number did I order she said a number 12 turkey I said right but she gave me a number 11 and calling me a liar saying I ordered the number 11 So when I call up there, she’s gonna tell me or she’ll give me half off A new sandwich cause I got the giant I didn’t even eat the sandwich Still sitting here My grandkids eat it so I’m telling you now if you go to one Lebanon Missouri, they don’t get your order right and then they call you a liar when you tell them that your order is wrong

Always quick, always tasty. Love the new toasted subs even though I didn't get one today. Was happy to discover they sold their sandwich avocado spread as a side. I just wish they'd perhaps add a bag of tortilla chips to their current chip options to go with it!

Lebanon MO has some issues in the restaurant department. Not the case with this JJs. We have been to many Jimmy John's in Missouri and this seems to be the best. Always consistent, good service and well managed. It is definitely WELL RUN. Owner has assembled a great team.
Fantastic service! I’m a customer forever! Colby and Dallas took care of me even when they didn’t have to. Fantastic people and fantastic food! They deserve a raise!
