We have been here several times in the last couple months and they are either out of chicken or to busy to take orders and there only 5 cars in the drive thru! Ridiculous

We went there paid for the food and got home and looked at mashed potatoes and it wasn't enough for my 5 kid's and the macaroni had two hairs in it the chicken was so salty and burnt Such a bad place!!

It says online that they close at 10pm every day except Sunday. We went there at 9:20 and they had an automated voice come on and tell us they were closed even though the lights were still very much on and workers when inside. Maybe the business hours were old. Understandable. Except online it says that the business updated their hours LESS THAN A WEEK AGO. My wife has medical conditions that make it hard for her to eat KFC is one of the only foods and really the only fast food she both eats and enjoys to say we're disappointed is an understatement.

Stopped there tonight after a long trip so we could have dinner when we got home to Lake Ozark. Bought the 8 piece bucket meal with mashed potatoes and coleslaw sides. We got home and found the coleslaw and mashed potatoes containers 1/2 full. We were not happy after spending nearly $38.00 for a chicken meal. Why they didn’t fill up the containers for that much money I don’t know. Not sure if we’ll ever return there!

Terrible experience every single time we go here, something is always wrong and the staff are always mad about correcting the issue. Terrible staff, terrible food. Waste your money elsewhere

The sweet tea wasn't fresh or sweet , after tasting it, we poured it out. The chicken strips were good, the original chicken was below average for KFC. Customer service was not good.

Order the 8 piecemeal got a 3 piece box meal. They refused to refund my money. So I could buy my 8 pieces meal and actually the cashier And the manager called me a liar said that I had only ordered a box. Meal, I have been ordering the the 8 piece meal 8 for years there, almost weekly and they can't get that right.It has been going downhill for the last two years

We went thru DT and got food. The lady at register was very helpful and got a deal set up to save us money! The food was good, but the size and amount have gotten smaller and smaller. That my issue. I have always adored KFC and still do.

We went in and had a coupon for a 12-piece bucket of chicken for $14.99.and was told they won't honor it. Actually accused that it was a fake when it was taken directly off the website. We showed how we pulled it up and it said to show that coupon to a cashier. She said she was the cashier AND the manager and still won't honor the coupon. We walked out and will never go to that location again. As far as I'm concerned, they should have closed that location down when they were closing stores! That was the rudest woman I've ever seen (and I've seen quite a bit in my day). That woman has taken power trip to a new level.

Goodbye, KFC-Lebanon!!! Thank goodness for the location in Eldon, always kind and honors coupons from their site!

what we ordered and what we got was 2 different things 6 pieces with 2 family sides got 2 single sides also ordered a box of 4 pieces of chicken and 4 strips with 4 biscuits and got 1 biscuit no strips and got told we either had to come to the store or order on line

This place needs to step up their game with their customer service! Also, its ridiculous that you can't order all dark meat or all white meat buckets at the store anymore. I mean, you should be able to choose what you want, if you are the one paying for it.

EVERY TIME I place an online order I have to wait. Many times I am told they have to make more chicken. What the heck, they already had 30 minutes to get my order cooked, now I have to another 20 minutes?

Had to order online to get the Meal for Two (two sandwiches, two sides, two drinks, and four tenders) combo deal for $17. Not a bad price for well more than enough food for two. Was happily surprised to find the chicken cooked well after having a couple less than great meals here over the years. Also, they don't show all their available drinks online, which is kind of strange. Was able to get the help to change to something else after arriving and appreciated it greatly.
