We drove 30mins to eat here. Even with the sign saying wait to be seated, they told us to pick a spot over there. The server took our drink and appetizer order. Brought us the drinks and soon our cheese toast. No plates, no silverware, no napkins. We had to get up and get them ourselves. Ordered our pizza and it took an extra LONG TIME. The two tables seated after us both had received their food before us. Finally the manager came out and told us there was and issue with our pizza and it should be out in the next five minutes. The pizza was fresh but kinda soggy and doughy like they hadn't drained the veggies. We did receive a discount but with the lack of service and good experience we will find it hard to Drive 30 mins and past many other pizza places. We drove because we wanted Mazzios but if this is what we get I'm sure we will factor that in future decisions.

Omg the pizza is excellent. The Pizza came out of the Oven as we went in.
The pizza was good, with lots of toppings, but I wish they could take care of the flys that seem to always get in.

Made an Online order, call center was interesting the lady had me give my name and spell it multiple times, she seemed a bit lost eith the system. But seemed friendly. When i arrived my pizza was just about ready in only 10 min. They gave me a free drink for my troubles on the phone. They weren't happy with the quality of how the pizza came out and offered me a discount or to remake the pizza, I was in no rush ad they even offered me the messed up pizza. Staff was very friendly and understanding as well as quick and responsive to other customers. Can't wait to eat here again!
