We placed a mobile order for only about $20 worth of food. It took us 15 mins to even get to the window and when we got there they said to pull forward because they were waiting on one of our McDoubles. They brought our order out 5 mins later and neither McDouble was even in the bag. This was 10:30am, not even peak meal time and it took 20 minutes in the drive through to only get half the food we paid for. Ridiculous.

Perfect example of why McDonald’s is struggling these days. They gave me the wrong size fries and the chicken sandwich was a hockey puck. Add to the fact that what should have been fresh sandwich had warm mayo and wilty lettuce. I ended up with severe stomach ache that derailed the rest of my days plans.

I absolutely love the fact that they have a play place, and I won't lie, it's probably the number one reason we even come to McDonald's in the first place. This particular location is in need of renovations bc the bench seats are showing immense wear and tear, the tables are showing wear and tear, the floor is in dilapidated shape and the foam animals are at least 10 years old if not more.
Never got my mobile order but they still charged me. Waited 30 minutes and it disappeared in the app. Were 20 people inside waiting for food

The young guy who took our order was super polite and courteous! Which was nice since you do not usually get that anymore. Even told me that my choice of honey mustard dipping sauce for my nuggets was an excellent choice lol

I ordered an egg muffin, but it was missing the egg. I politely informed the manager and asked if I could get a replacement. However, she seemed quite upset and didn’t respond very kindly. She had short, curly hair — I found the interaction a bit intimidating.

dude when I say this place was clean. I mean it was clean. we walked Inside and it was the cleanest of them all. the girl at the front was so helpful I love her so much. She helped me order and was a good experience. the employees even looked like they were working hard. I recommend Lebanon McDonald's over anything!
