Ordered 80 dollars worth of food for pick up with 2 extra marinara, when I picked it up the two young girls working handed me the food and I was double checking asked if they got my marinara in the box..they laughed n told me they handed it to me..when I got home..no marinara..when I called management they put me on hold refused to talk to me about it.

My son traveled to Lebanon for a wrestling tournament today, they had no concession stand. I was over 2 hours away and he hadn’t ate all day. I called Pizza Hut and were so nice and delivered pizza to the field house. Lady on the phone was so sweet and extremely helpful. Thank you!

When I called asked if they had any specials girl said I don't know look on the app I said I don't have it can you please tell me she said no so I screwed up and went ahead and ordered 2 pizza's got there and she handed me one asked for the other and she said oh and went in back came back said they made a mistake 2nd pizza be ready in about 20 minutes sat my first pizza on a shelf I asked if they were going to remake it so it would be fresh she said no but she could put it in a bag so it would stay warm when we got home got the wrong crust on the order paid full price and she asked if I wanted to add a tip yeah next time go to mazzios

Ordered a one item personal pizza with extra ingredient of the same item. The pizzas 'extra' is laughable. Poor, sad and robbery of my money. The last time I order from them. Pathetic. Also, I got a delivery notice 6 minutes before my food actually arrived.

Pizza was thrown together. Not very well made. Pulled up to the window, and no order acknowledgement, etc. Just asked " Would you like to leave a tip?". Service was lacking as was food preparation. I would pay more attention to the product leaving the restaurant before before asking for a tip, as you pull up.

Food was great as always. Unfortunately, the server was feeling entitled to a tip for doing nothing but passing food through a window. Tips are earned not demanded. If I place an order online, pay online, and drive myself to pick up my food, don't demand a tip when I pull up to a window to receive my food. I'll not return to a place that acts that way.

This location doesn't give you "bang for the buck." They are VERY greedy with their toppings. The crust was good, I suppose. That was 95% of my pizza. Most pizza lovers appreciate more than one pepperoni per slice & don't want crumbled mushrooms. Thanks for the bits. I won't be back for at least 2 years, I promise; hopefully they get rid of everyone involved in tonight's shift & every manager allowing that robbery out of their restaurant. NOT WORTH THE $$$$

I ordered online, when the app said my food was ready I drove to the pick up window, I waited and waited for 20 minutes. Not a single face appeared at the window to help the car in front of me. I finally pulled into a parking spot to walk inside because at this point my food has been done and will be getting cold. Still was not able to talk anyone for quite a while, there were four other customers in side the building and the lady was just standing at the computer not helping anyone… finally she asked for a name after another 15 minutes of acting like she didn’t know what to do and said my food was still in the oven…. Obviously this store needs some help or more training, the restaurant no longer has booths or seating but can’t even keep up with take out orders. One thing for sure though at least communicate with the customers so we aren’t just standing around wondering what the heck just to wait that long and then have to go somewhere else because you lied about the food being done but really just waited our time. Me and at least one other customer walked out without our orders
