Really disappointed in this one. I usually live the small town cafe. Was famished after a 2 day river float trip and really craved some comfort food on our drive home. Had to send our omelettes back (one of them twice). Eggs were not cooked, liquid in fact and severely overloaded with onions (probably to fill it). Waitress was awesome though I must say and they did compensate us. Still a bust.

Ok, for where it's at. There are not that many options in the area during the off-season.

This is a great place to stop if you're looking for a place to vacation. With the state park around the corner or a float down the river. I really enjoy the restaurant they have good home cooked meals. The staff and owners are a great group of people they deserve more than a 5 star rating if you ask me.

The Gravel Bar & Grill is conveniently located directly on the property of the Sand Spring Resort. There are tables but no table service. You order at the counter as you walk in. They have a surprisingly extensive menu for a place that is rather small. My buddy and I decided to split a thin crust Hunt Brothers pizza. The ingredients were fresh and it wasn't greasy. The counter staff was very friendly. Also, there are 4 video gaming machines for those of you who like to gamble.
Fishing at Bennett Springs. I ordered burger and a beer. You order as you walk-in the door. Did not appear to offer waitress at table. Food and beer was delivered by a waitress. Burger was better than average. Service was good. We were in and out in less than an hour.

everything was a blast and so was the staff. It a great place to be lost!!!!
Food was great, had wings, fried garlic cheese curds, chicken wrap, and mushrooms burger.
So so good! I had the fried green beans \u0026 they were delish. Service was a little backed up but they got the job done well. You should try the pineapple upside drink...??. Best drink ever!
I was attending a weekend birthday party and the Gravel Bar was suggested. Enjoyed the food and cold beers!! I would go back!
Unfortunately this isn’t a family restaurant the way they used to be!
