This is a perfect place for a family vacation on the river. Summer retreat. Or any single party living on the road. Indoor pool, and even an arcade with pool table. Quiet secluded area with many many rooms available in all sizes!
This is a great place to stop if you're looking for a place to vacation. With the state park around the corner or a float down the river. I really enjoy the restaurant they have good home cooked meals. The staff and owners are a great group of people they deserve more than a 5 star rating if you ask me.
The Gravel Bar & Grill is conveniently located directly on the property of the Sand Spring Resort. There are tables but no table service. You order at the counter as you walk in. They have a surprisingly extensive menu for a place that is rather small. My buddy and I decided to split a thin crust Hunt Brothers pizza. The ingredients were fresh and it wasn't greasy.
