We just went through sonic drive-through the heavyset girl who’s a dark headed one working at the drive-through. She was rude and started by giving us the wrong change, but we’re honest people so she tried to tell us that she didn’t need it and I knew that her drawer would come up short so we offered it back cause she had a attitude cause she accidentally gave us the wrong change shortest by five cents However, with that said we also asked for condiments of marinara and ranch and ketchup and salt Which is typical when you get anything to do with the tots or with your mozzarella sticks, however she was extremely rude and then those items were not in there on top of that when we ever go through here and order extra cherries it’s not in there either in our drinks, so here is the deal people if you want people to respect your restaurant then hire people who are better help because she was rude and we do not want to go back ever and we are Lebanon residence.

My mom was happy with her food. The sprite had an extra lime flavor. Also present in Burger King sprite. On a Friday around 7-8pm.
My mom and I came through tonight, we both ordered smash burgers, hers with no onions, no lettuce, and no smash sauce…Covered in onions. Ordered my smash burger ordered it without smash sauce and no lettuce…has smash sauce! Also ordered their new frozen lemonade slush, while tasty came out nasty and sticky and covered in the drink itself! Servers did not communicate with one another and obviously cannot read directions. Won’t be there again!

Was not impressed with the service we received from Autumn. Very short and dismissive. When we got to the window she gave us a different total. When I told her she gave a different amount at the window she was bugged. Management needs to help or retrain. As busy as it was she doesn’t work well under stress.
