My husband N I ordered tater tots N footlong coney. Was so full of salt it gave us bad diarrhea. Chili taste old n hot dog was burnt . Will never eat there again. Drinks were good that's it. Sounds like they need to watch the food n not salt n cook it so long. It really tasted like it had been setting along time.This was our second try. Dont tell me to talk to head quarters cauce their not gonna do anything about it anyway. Were 76 years young. In its ashame we have to eat food thats overly cooked salty n burnt. I do hope you'll find a better cook that takes pride n their job instead of throwing the food togeather n burning it our serving two day old chili n hot dogs. With away to much salt ,i hope you will correct the problems n stead of iqnoreing them.

Absolutely terrible found this in my shake. The other night I went through and was the only person and it took almost 15 minutes and I got a dry burger! I don't know what y'all be doing, but you guys need Jesus.

Not my favorite Sonic. My foot long dog always seems to have the package smashed into the cheese and they hand carry everything instead of using trays so stuff gets smashed. By they are always nice.

This was in my drink, it's very slimy and colorful as you can see. This was a coffee mind you. Service was great, but this is just nasty it underneath all the ice, I didn't think I have to check my drink for slime.

My husband & I were given the wrong order & I called & spoke to Elijah, the manager on duty. I explained the situation & was told to come back & get my money back. We couldn't make it to Sonic for almost a week but when we did the manager on duty (don't remember his name) was very nice, accommodating, & gave us 2 free coupons for 2 free medium combo meals which was more then we were expecting the refund for. Everyone their is very friendly & willing to go out of their way to help you

Usually the food is good, sometimes staff doesn't pay attention to the order but my biggest problem isn't with Sonic itself, it's that they allow Door Dash to dictate what is available via the menu. There are drinks available there that you can't find on DD menu because they want to control what is being bought and sold. I know DD controls this restaurant and others concerning this and that's sad and pathetic. I've spoken with one of the managers about this, who admits this is true.
The food has gone down hill. We ordered large totes and cheese. The box was not even half full. I ordered a coneydog and they didn't even have a plastic knife to cut it with.

Food poor listening skills no good. I asked for a plain cheeseburger. With nothing on it it came back with pickles, mustard and ketchup kids were not happy. Ask for a Smashburger, and it was greasy af, and it fell apart. As soon as it came out of the bag out of the box. Worst sonic in the United States.
