The guy who took the order was very nice. The food was fresh and tasted good.

Usually the food is good, sometimes staff doesn't pay attention to the order but my biggest problem isn't with Sonic itself, it's that they allow Door Dash to dictate what is available via the menu. There are drinks available there that you can't find on DD menu because they want to control what is being bought and sold. I know DD controls this restaurant and others concerning this and that's sad and pathetic. I've spoken with one of the managers about this, who admits this is true.

The food has gone down hill. We ordered large totes and cheese. The box was not even half full. I ordered a coneydog and they didn't even have a plastic knife to cut it with.

2 wrong orders at 2 different times. This outfit has lost my business.
Waited over 5 plus minutes for just a drink order. Then drinks weren't marked diet vs regular. Drinks were messy on the outside of the cup.

Food poor listening skills no good. I asked for a plain cheeseburger. With nothing on it it came back with pickles, mustard and ketchup kids were not happy. Ask for a Smashburger, and it was greasy af, and it fell apart. As soon as it came out of the bag out of the box. Worst sonic in the United States.
They forgot multiple things, including my kids juice boxes. Also the tomatoes on one chili dog were not diced, just a whole slice of tomato on top. The other chili dog was on its side with the chili and cheese spilling out of it into the paper boat.

Food is almost never right due to the fact that they “can’t hear you” even when yelling into the speaker. Then, after telling them the food is wrong, they still “can’t hear me” and decided to just stop responding and I had to go through the drive thru.

Just went and ordered a large dirty dr pepper and A large ocean water they don’t ever take my order right I was brought a medium Dr Pepper and a large ocean water.Then was told they made it a medium you should have made sure on the screen and I did.But besides the point I don’t know if they are low staffed but it took almost 20 mins just to get 2 drinks and their speaker boxes are shit or something because my orders never come out right

I ordered 2 unicorn dream slushes and was told that they were out of the boba which I was ok with but then when I got my drink I got plain regular straws instead of the unicorn straws and I was not told they were out of straws. I called up to get it fixed bc the straw is supposed to come with the drink and I wore told that if I wanted the straw that I had to request it. You guys need to fix your employees

I was so happy when they updated their app. It made it much easier for a traveler. Today I was in Lebanon Mo. I ordered ice for three in my mobile app and went for inside pick up. I did this because they were busy and I didn't want to make them walk for a mundane order. I always order on my app and nearly always get it at the drive thru. Today they informed me they couldn't give it to me as they were unable to use their system to do so. I showed them where I ordered with inside pick up. I told them I had been picking up my orders at their drive thru all week. A short blonde girl who looked about 15 informed me I was getting an attitude with her and I needed to lose it. I shook my head in disbelief and did roll my my eyes. She went on about i didn't need to be rolling my eyes at her and told me again to lose my attitude. She was likely the nastiest child I've ever heard in a place of business. I would never allow my child to speak to anyone this way. I asked for the manager. She was madybe 16, no knowledge but at least understood I had paid on the app and didn't need to pay again. By the way. I'm 75 so I've seen a lot and this is some of the worst I've ever seen. Lucky for me I don't have to be back. Lots of other places in town.
