Came in a 10:30 to play pool The staff were getting ready to close down shop. They were yelling at the patron's 5-year-old child and being rude to its parents. And then when my husband asks to purchase a beverage, he told them he could not sell on the beverage because he closed out his drawer, but my husband had the exact change for the item. And then proceeded to pick a fight with my husband. I would not recommend this place or to take your children there. Because I don't think it's professional for staff to yell at somebody else. 's child or deny service when they don't even have to do anything other than accept money. Not a good business model won't be around long.

Nice time with family bowling. Be aware it is cash only, but they do have an atm. Video games, pool tables, and concessions are also available.

Bowling was OK. Cash only is the standard policy. The game area was a ripoff. Arcade games dysfunctional and missing pieces but still able to take your money. Still would go back, just not play games

Was not impressed that they shut everything down in the middle of our game because it was closing. I think its poor business. You could have atleast allowed us to finish the game we was already half way through. There was plenty of cleaning like the bathrooms to do for a few minutes while we finished.

Had fun at the beginning. Balls didn't come back, pins didn't set up right. Had to go to the counter several times to tell them. That wasn't the biggest issue. We bowled a game and didn't want to finish the other games. Worker yelled at customer and didn't want to give money back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Save your money.

Didn’t let us bowl because there was some league tournament going on? Not sure why they wouldn’t say that online, if they’re not letting any customers in at all. A little disappointing
For a family of 6, it was almost $50 for an hour. We got there at open on a weekday. There wasn't anyone really there. We couldn't pay a serious game because the balls never came back, the pins kept needing reset, and the scores weren't accurate on the screen. They moved our lane once because the light on the pins went out. It took an Hour just to play one game. It was all very frustrating. Asked for a refund or an extra game free cuz of all the problems. They offered a refund for what was left. Which wasn't much. We were in the 7th frame so we just finished but wasn't a very pleasant experience.

The remodel looks great! The machines themselves at the end of the lane seem outdated and messed up a few times. However the lady working was willing and kind about repeat trips to fix things. She was working alone at first and still handled it with a smile. The other games were fun. Now they have casino games. I didn't have any food but I seen good others got and it looked delicious!! I still plan coming here often. Also, I LOVE the short animations after each round! They were great!

Drilling price is unreal. Haven't been here since the ownership change. I have 2 balls I'll need to take to take to Springfield to have done. Got balls at gift. I did order one through bowlerx and had drilled before delivery and was still cheaper. Concerned cause my buddies want to do a fall league team now but now idk

We had an absolute blast! Traveling Route 66 we had to make a stop at Munger Moss Motel for the end of the night and ended up hanging out at Bowlmor Lanes RT 66. The bartender, Allison was on point. Cold drinks, great food, delicious pizza, & music for everyone! Thanks to Judy for the hospitality and a wonderful chill spot! And my little shoutout to having Yuengling Flight!
