i would not ever recommend this place. terrible customer service. we never got a drink or food order. no one ever came to see us. we where told we would be sat by the hostess then the manager says no they can’t sit here it’s for a party of 20 just for them not to use it and my family sat their for another 20 minutes. i had to leave at this point. the manager was being rude to my husband bc she wouldn’t clean the table. I see why steak ‘n shake is shutting their doors everywhere.

Absolutely a terrible experience. The female manager was very rude to the servers and my self and family. Very dirty place. Sat in there for 25 minutes and never even came to get our drinks. We all walked out. Won’t be coming back again.

Walking in, I was expecting another fast food chain restaurant but was pleasantly surprised by the sit-down atmosphere. We were seated quickly despite the place being busy. Prices felt very good (possibly because we were comparing them to sit down restaurants) and are good compared to other burger joints. I got the garlic burger and my wife got the regular burger and both were great. Possibly some of the best chain burgers we’ve had in a long time. Definitely will be coming back.

I got the garlic burger and Nutella milkshake, both were really good. Workers were friendly and food came out fast.
The food was fine for those who like lots of fried food. I went with the group decision and got stomach cramps from toouch fried food.
