“We live 1 hour away and wanted to try something new. So we made the trip here. Service was very slow, we got there at 4 pm. It wasn't that busy. Once we got to our seats I could tell there was heavy cigarette smoke in the air, my asthma did not like it. That was one major thing that would keep me from coming back. Our waitress also smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. The prime rib was really good, with lots of flavor. The mashed potatoes with white gravy were really good. It seemed they put gravy in the bowl then put mashed potatoes and then covered it with more gravy! So it was really good, not just a tiny amount of gravy like most places. The mac n cheese was okay but really kinda dry and stuck together not a lot of cheese. The appetizers sampler was really good. Fried Mushrooms ans cheese curds were really good. The cowboy candy was pretty good as well. not sure what the steak tips was marinated in what the dipping sauce was but it tasted good.“
