We were staying at a cabin down the road and needed some food found this place and fell in love with the place folks were friendly food was good drinks were cold price was right went back the next day and did it all over again lol ?
Honestly, don't overthink it. This is a great little pub, good food, service and atmosphere including outdoor patio if weather is good. We come each time we make a visit to Bennett.
We went to watch the Chiefs game, Sunday around 3. It is walk up counter order, wait staff brought food and condiments to us. The food is very good- bacon cheese burger was a large real beef burger, not a premade patty, nice pepper bacon, bun was soft and perfect. Hot fries. Hubby got the Reuben and wow, corn beef brisket, thick cut on rye, very tasty, not that deli stuff. Onion rings are a commercial prep and we will pass on them next time, not bad, not as good as everything...
