The pizza tasted way too much like the Velveeta cheese. I am one of the people who I can't stand it

Great pizza! We had the East with cauliflower crust. Who knew pimento cheese was so good. Also, the lady was very helpful with checking ingredients for medical dietary restrictions. She said the 10" cauliflower was perfect for 2 people and it was; 3 slices each.Be sure to slow down and play a game while you dine and taste-test some brews.Vegetarian options: Create your own.Dietary restrictions: Soy, egg, beefParking: Plenty of parking on SundaysWheelchair accessibility: Accessible sidewalk, entry way, restroom and tables

My wife, my daughter, and I ate at The Rail for the first time last evening. The service was friendly, but she did seem to struggle with getting a few things right, but again, she was friendly. We started with an appetizer called The Dip Rail. Basically, it’s a large bowl of chips and some of each of the 4 dips they offer. The dips were very good, and we enjoyed all of them. My wife and daughter both did the Build A Burger, and I ordered some bone-in wings. All three had something wrong with them. They brought me boneless wings, which I really don’t care for nuggets and that is what they looked like, they got the wrong cheeses on both my wife and daughter’s burgers. They corrected the cheese quickly and put in an order for my bone-in wings. When everything finally got straightened out, both ladies said their burgers were very good and my wings were pretty decent also. They were almost done with their burgers before my wings came out, but oh well. We were thinking about trying some desserts but the waitress came out with our ticket before we had a chance to ask about them, so we just decided we probably needed to get home anyway so we didn't say anything. However, the ones I saw come out looked pretty good. Overall, the service had some to be desired as far as getting the orders correct (or maybe it was the kitchen, I have no idea) but she was very friendly. I also realize that in today’s world, finding and keep good employees can be a real struggle. I suspect we will try the place again, like I said, the food was pretty good and maybe the mix-up’s on the orders were an exception and not the rule. They are worth a try.

I love Boat Town Brewery service is always great and friendly but Rail Co Pizzeria gets low score from me for their service tonight. I stood up at their counter to place an order and got nothing but sideways stares from the staff. The young man tonight kept trying not to make eye contact (but he did and ignored me) as I stood at the counter in eager anticipation of ordering dinner. The young woman who was also working did her best to ignore me as well even though we made eye contact several times. I smiled, I waited and finally when it became silly I asked if someone could take my order. The young man looked at me like I was an alien and looked over to the woman to see if she could help. She looked at me snd looked away. He looked apologetic and I said to him "Never mind, forget it." I also tried to use their computers to order as I had done the last time i ate here and they were not working. Honestly in this day and age with eating out being so expensive and this place not being very busy you would think a customer would be appreciated and responded to not ignored. I will say that the last time I ate here it was very good . However, this recent unbelievable experience soured me and i will not spend one thin dime at this pizza place ever.

Had their peaches be like pizza, bbq brisket, peaches, jalapeños and some buratta cheese on top after being baked. Man was it soooo good! The pizza place is connected to the Boat Town Brewery so its very convenient to grab a brew and a pizza! The atmosphere is very nice and clean.Crust was a hair on the over done side for my personal liking but was still very very good pizza! Peaches could have been sliced smaller but that didnt ultimately affect the experience of the pizza.Drink choices were limited to just a couple different canned sodas, would like to see more options down the road. But for being fairly new there were ample choices that most people would have an option.Overall highly reccomend and cant wait to try out another pizza next time!

Best Pizza in town. Chief is amazing, but I have yet to try a pizza that wasn’t great here. We try to make it for the Rail Co every time we are in

Ordered the Chief for lunch which was their take on a Buffalo chicken pizza topped with ranch and Mac and cheese. The $20+ pizza was a very thick hand tossed crust cut into triangles (not squares like the pictures on their Toast menu). Despite it being much thicker than expected, the dough was the best part of this pizza and the crust was enjoyable. The pizza topping combo for this one just didn’t work for me and I left wishing I had picked something different. The Buffalo sauce was good but the chicken chunks were too big. Worst of all the mac and cheese on the top was COLD to the touch, despite it being a topping on the pizza. The addition of ranch just made it sloppy. Service was good and the pizza came out fast. If I went back I’d build my own pizza and keep it simple.

Wish I would have taken pictures, but we ate our pizzas too fast! We ordered the peach bbq brisket and a BYOP veggie both on cauliflower crust and they were fantastic! Bonus points for amazing cauliflower crust and uniqueness of pies!

We were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful decor of the restaurant, but it was closing when we arrived so we went upstairs to the bar area. It was very cool

Great food and fast service! Our waitress was super nice and our order came out quickly and correct during a busy time. Thank you!

Extremely bland decor. Just set up some tables and call it a day. Ordered The One with the Spin. The chicken was fairly good but the rice was drowning in their "spin dip". Sparse veggies. My friend had pizza and was extremely disappointed it had no pizza sauce. We were hoping to get dessert but our server brought the check without asking if we wanted anything else. On the plus side, she was both attentive and friendly.

We were seated in 10 minutes on a very busy Friday night. Waitress was very friendly and food was served promptly. That’s where the good review ends. We waited several times for a waitress to get drinks. She didn’t ask, we had to flag her down. My drink took so long that I gave up and ask for our ticket. I followed her to pay because I didn’t have time to wait on her. I understand busy, hire more employees if you can’t keep customers satisfied.
