Food is great but a lot of the time they are not even there on Nolald road. Just like today. Maybe they should update when they are actually going to be there.
I got the sample platter everything was horrible the bean's wore ok the burnt end tasted old like they pulled out the freezer and warmed it up the turkey was dry and the ribs was trash it come with 2 sides I told the guy both bean's I get home 1 bean and some type of corn salad looking stuff I was very upset ? and the guy had the worst attitude ever never again..

Not great. Food was cold and flavorless, other than the fries that were way too salty. Very disappointing for the price.

These guys have catered two events for me. They are awesome to work with and very personable. They go above and beyond the call of service. They create more then a vendor client relationship they create a personable experience. Their pricing is more than fair. Great job

Food poisoning and completely unprofessional for a corporate event! We had heard good things about 3 pigs regular food trucks so we decided to rent out one of their trucks for a corporate event(fortune 50 company). We booked the truck with the owner and agreed on a price for having the truck at our event for 2-3 hours. We made it very clear that the truck was only to feed people who had attended our event and we were giving the food away free by given event attendees a ticket for a free meal at the food truck. This was even confirmed to the food truck staff(one man) when he arrived that if anyone came up to the truck for food to send them into the event to us to get a ticket. This was the whole reason we paid for the truck. To start the truck showed up with leftover BBQ and sides, we assumed from the day before because it had all been pre-packaged in boxes and was completely cold. This was not what we ordered, we paid for a regular food truck serving hot made to order BBQ fresh just as their truck would function when they usually set it up.We asked the driver they had any way to warm the food and expressed our concern that we couldn’t not serve cold old food to our customers, the driver declined to hear anything and said he had no way to heat it despite a microwave being right behind him. They didn’t have the burners or warmers in the truck turned on at all. Then there was the food poisoning, out of 8 of our staff that ate the meat 7 got sick with vomiting that night including familyMembers we took food home to. This was extremely concerning, again as a fortune 50 company to know we had just likely gave all our customers food poisoning by trusting 3 pigs to provide the food for our event. The icing on the cake was about half way through the event we started to notice people walking away from the truck with food who had not visited the event. When I spoke with the driver about it he said yes he had been giving other people food but not to worry he charged them separately. WHAT?? So he was either pocketing the money on his own or providing extra profit to 3-pigs which again was not the purpose of why we rented out the truck…we paid for the truck for the entire event to drive traffic to our event and serve our customers free food, not for 3 pigs to just give the food and pocket the extra money. The owner was contacted that same day but it was too late to change how the food was served there was no time to get fresh BBQ there. The owner did not offer any compensation or apology for the way the food had been prepared though it was not what was agreed to.The next day when we found out everyone had food poisoning we contacted the owner again. The only thing offered was for us to not to have to pay for the unused food???All in all it was extremely unprofessional service knowing you’re representing your own brand and having your brand represented at a fortune 50 company’s event. You’d think they would view that as their time to shine and show off their business to more people? It was also shocking that given the food poisoning and cold food that the owner was not willing to work with us more.

They are friendly and the food is great!
Was very disappointed with the service at the truck on Noland, sure isn't what it used to be. Placed a $50 order and didn't get the half pound of turkey I paid for and no bbq sauce at all. The guy at the window that took my order was rude and dismissive not only to me, but to another customer that pulled up to see the menu, that customer walked away due to the employee's rude behavior. They don't give a receipt so driving back up there wasn't worth dealing with that jerk again in this heat. I'll make the drive to LC's for better bbq and customer service in the future.✌️
Website said open until 7. Had our families meal picked out. Go there no Three Pigs. Very frustrating!
Had the pulled pork sandwich and cheese corn. it was okay, nothing to write home about. The good things: the sauce was good and the guy running it was friendly.
I was there on the Saturday 3-11-23 and the truck was there but no one was tending to it.
