I love seven Brew, I go nearly everyday. This location leaves a lot to be desired though. The staff all seems very unhappy every time that I go there, And three of the last four times my order has been wrong at this location. It's a really disappointing experience because I do love the chains so much. It seems like the management at this particular stand has failed the team.

I love 7brew but this location is so sloooooow. 20 mins is nuts. Even when they aren't busy it takes 5-10 mins. I much prefer the Independence location on 23rd.

Absolutely worst first time ever with the company experience. They knew nothing about the drinks they were making. Even when given exact directions failed to add everything and acted like we were the problem. Told me that the posters were just for advertising but not how drinks are made. My daughter asked for exact drink in photo. When I made a post about it one of the employees had it deleted. They were rude, place was filthy, and the customer in their eyes is always wrong.

Usually 7brew is quick especially when there is no line. So I was disappointed when I was only 2nd car in line on one side and only one car in the other lane and it took 15 minutes for someone to even take my order… they actually didn’t take my order until the car in front of me left and I pulled up to the stand by then there were plenty of cars in line. The girl at the stand was pleasant not really talkative and seemed annoyed when I asked for recommendations which I always do so I can try different drinks. Overall it wasn’t a horrible experience just not what I have been use to from a 7brew location.

From the moment I pulled up, Ali greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, instantly making me feel welcome. They were incredibly efficient in taking my order, offering helpful suggestions, and ensuring everything was just right. The speed and accuracy of the service, combined with Ali's friendly demeanor, made for a remarkably smooth and enjoyable transaction, even during a busy period.
Beyond the quick service, Ali's positive attitude and attentiveness truly stood out. They engaged in a brief, pleasant conversation while preparing my drink, which added a personal touch that is often missing in fast-paced environments. The coffee itself was perfectly crafted and delicious, but it was Ali's amazing customer service that transformed a simple coffee run into a genuinely good experience.
