Every single time I go to 7 brew they are all extremely uncoordinated, they sit and talk rather than actually make your drink leaving you to sit and wait for at least 5 minutes as your drink just sits there. Every single time they take your order it’s not pleasant it is a transaction rather than an interaction. As an assistant manager working in customer service it is just sad to see teens working one of their first jobs not learning vital skills that will help them succeed in the work force. Just sad. The drinks are good and that’s why I make an attempt to go back every so often but every time just the same sad customer service experience.

I love 7 brew and frequent often! The drinks here always come out perfect so it is worth the wait but I do feel like I am always waiting here so much longer than any other location, the people who take your orders also just don't seem as friendly as other places like when you ask a question they just basically say I don't know and don't care to help find out. But in all I always drive away with a delicious drink so it keeps me coming back!

I love seven Brew, I go nearly everyday. This location leaves a lot to be desired though. The staff all seems very unhappy every time that I go there, And three of the last four times my order has been wrong at this location. It's a really disappointing experience because I do love the chains so much. It seems like the management at this particular stand has failed the team.

I love 7brew but this location is so sloooooow. 20 mins is nuts. Even when they aren't busy it takes 5-10 mins. I much prefer the Independence location on 23rd.

Coffee is great, people seem good, horribly understaffed. Most days line is in the street, expect 15-20 minute waits if you do stop.
Absolutely worst first time ever with the company experience. They knew nothing about the drinks they were making. Even when given exact directions failed to add everything and acted like we were the problem. Told me that the posters were just for advertising but not how drinks are made. My daughter asked for exact drink in photo. When I made a post about it one of the employees had it deleted. They were rude, place was filthy, and the customer in their eyes is always wrong.
