I recently ordered a Snow Monster and noticed that it had much less fruit and chocolate than usual. Normally, a Snow Monster comes with a generous amount of fruit and chocolate, but this one barely had any.

Tried Andy’s for he first time. The shakes definitely have a distinct custard flavour. Its enjoyable compared to non-custard shakes. The staff are friendly and the service is quick, the prices are decent too.

Very good custard. Line moves a bit slow, and it's pricey.

Came here multiple times and mentioned that there were hardly any strawberries in in our snowmonsters and then even started paying for extra strawberries and didn't get any, workers don't listen to input

1st time. Got the peanut butter brownie jackhammer. Was shockingly fast service. Will go back 100%. Even got a cool cup too.

Ok so we have been a fan of Andy’s since we have lived here for the last 10 years. My go-to choices are the cherry bash and the jitterbug, sometimes with cherries.

We usually go to the one on 291 but we were around Chipman this evening and decided to try the new location. The drive-thru lineup was really short which was cool and they had oversized outdoor games of connect 4, plinko and even cornhole! We ordered but instead I decided to try the butter cake concrete.

Orders were quick as usual, but they didn’t offer lids or a sac like they usually do at the 291 location. My wife tried to ask but the cashier barely made eye contact. We also ordered the snow monster concrete for which they also gave us no lid.

For the drive home my wife and I were trying to decide if I should hold the overflowing lidless concrete so it would leak on me instead of the car, since it would be easier to clean the mess off myself. For self preservation reasons I declined but watched nervously as the lidless concrete started flowing over like Mount Kilauea.

My wife was mad at me because I didn’t take one for the team, I was mad because no lid or sac was offered at all, and my MIL was a little disappointed as she discovered that the billowing slow eruption of the lidless concrete may have been due to 2 napkins which were INSIDE the concrete.

I think we will be sticking with the 291 location from now on. Sure the lineups are a little long, but napkins remain OUTSIDE the concrete, and they offer lids and sacs before we have a chance to ask. My kids may prefer the Chipman location for the giant outdoor games, but I hope they don’t introduce the “Find the napkin” game anytime soon.

One star because the concrete I had was pretty good, but the “gooey” butter cake pieces were kinda hard and crunchy, where I almost wish I had a soft napkin to chew on…

Very good but quite expensive!

Nice to have this brand new location in Lee's Summit now. The lemon bar custard was awesome and they give you a plastic souvenir cup if you get medium. All outdoor seating and there are exterior heaters for the winter.

Went for Key Lime Pie, but only had pints. Please put in quarts.
