Purchased butterscotch concrete.no lid, cup had sticky contents all over it. No straw, had to ask for napkin. Concrete was not mixed. Will never go back!!!

Great ice cream. Although I don’t always like that the ice cream is partially melt when I get it. This has been a new issue. Maybe it will improve.
Went here on the 28th of August to get some ice cream for a friend who was having a rough day. I showed up to the window as my friends were walking back with their ice cream. But the first thing the guy who was at the window whose name was Hendri rolled his eyes and said what do you want in a very rude tone. After I had gotten what I ordered I went back to the car to find my friend who was having a bad day had started crying due his tone and rude comments. I was told he was trying to get them to order faster by saying hurry up and rolled his eyes and made it seem like a huge deal that he had to use a different register. My other buddy only ordered a water, he proceeded to make an ugh sound and say “of course” … he never got his water. TERRIBLE customer service!

This location has always been very friendly and personable to me and my husband. Customer service is great, ice cream is always satisfying, and the location is fun to spend time around. I like how it's close to RTE 291 and a busy shopping area in Lee's Summit. My favorite item to order is the Boot Daddy and the Make Your Own Concrete.

The customer service on the evening of 7/22 was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Andy’s. Everyone is normally so nice and helpful. I ordered a chocolate concrete, with a few add ins. It came out vanilla, so I just let them know I had ordered chocolate, not vanilla. The gentleman who was handing me the ice cream rolled his eyes at me and then proceeded to remake it for me. Great, I appreciate that. However, when I got my new concrete it only had 1 of the 3 add ins that I had ordered. Super disappointed with the customer service.
