My cookie dough custard was delicious! My dog loved her pup cup but she's never had custard before, so without details, I'm going to have her eat her treat much much slower next time...That's my mistake though. Great service and it didn't take no time and there was seven vehicles in front of me when i pulled into the drive-thru lane.
Can't get enough Andy's, you can always count on friendly service.

Unacceptable service on a Saturday night. Plenty of staff, not really doing anything except one or two. Line backed up, not moving. Waited every bit of 30 minutes after payment was taken.

We stopped in for one scoop. In a cup. Nothing fancy no toppings. We ordered 2 of them.Neither up had a full scoop. Like it was half a roll.$6.05 later we left.That unfortunately will be our last visit. So said.

Ice cream was good but I bought a soda which is listed as a fountain soda on the menu, but I was given a can which I don't care about. My point is the fountain soda I ordered was $2.59 and that's the same price I paid for a 12oz can which seems a little ridiculous. I however didn't realize until I got the receipt and at that point it was over.

I normally really love andys, but this location is not it. I'll give them some grace due to being short staffed, but the person that came out to take our order, and we were the only car she came up to and went back inside, she was less than thrilled to even converse to us and was not very apologetic when we found out they were out of the cookie butter flavor. Terrible service to be quite honest, but their custard is good as always at least. We will try a different location instead next time.

Always love going to Andy's for a quick pick me up and get everyone in the car in a good mood. One of the best ice cream places you can go to.
I ordered a Caramel Pretzel Crunch + Peanuts. I got plain vanilla and peanuts. No caramel or pretzels. Disappointed for the price I paid.

I grew up going to Andy’s my whole life. Many different locations. I’ve had consistently good experiences at just about every one except the lees summit location. We’ve gone twice where the order was not made right. We’ve gone two other times where we had to wait for an extremely long time. And one other time where they said they were running out of custard and would only serve the drive through which was backed up to the street. We typically drive out of our way to go to other locations. Not sure we will give this one the occasional chance anymore.

The past couple times I have been here, my orders have not been consistent. I always get boot daddy with brownie added. This time I did the same and there was no brownie added, while paying full price. Unacceptable.
