What’s up with the smell. It smells like the smell is coming from the carpets. They look like they haven’t been changed or cleaned in 20 years. Smells like rotten food. Food is the same as always, decent enough to keep me coming back.

I went here last night, being my first time in an Applebee's in probably 2 years. The place was understaffed, the food quality has gone way downhill. I ordered a full slab of ribs and there was barely any meat on them at all mostly just bones.

The Plant Man

I went in expecting an average Applebees experience, but unfortunately the drinks took 15 min, food took another 30 after that. The food itself was okay, not exactly hot but warm. When they brought out the side of broccoli with cheese they forgot after another 15 min it was melted cheese on fresh crunchy raw broccoli 😂

Same as chili's. Unfortunately. The atmosphere is non existent. The beer taps have been off recently. Beer tastes weird. We used to love going to Apple Bees! Sadly just another restaurant that has done down hill.

Horrible this is our 3rd time at this location and it just gets worse and worse! First off we come in and set down they have one hostess. 2 waitress and a bartender. There is 11 groups in the restaurant. It took our waitress 20 mins to even come to our table and ask for drink orders we'll we got that and ordered food right then and their because we waited so long we already knew what we wanted. I ordered a house salad and my wife ordered a soup as appetizers. We waited 35 mins and they brought us our main food. But no appetizers. I said something to waitress and she was like oh and go's to the computer and put it in that we wanted that I was like we told you that 35 mins ago. Mind you she kept leaving the floor going to the back. So my food is getting cold and we get our appetizer after our main food. I'm like wth. Then I asked the waitress for napkins and why it was taking so long for stuff she said oh we only have one cook tonight mind you 20 more people have showed up. How in the hell is this location still open. Like if you don't have the staff to run it close don't open and make people wait hours for their food. Won't be back.

Saturday late lunch was horrible waited 8 min to be seated, 10 min for drink and order to be taken, 6 min to get a water and coke. Food came out and fries were cold. Got ayce wing. Refill were semi hot on 1st refill but cold on last refill. 1 table that waited for ever to be seated walked out for zero service after waiting 10 min for a server. Another table waited 20 to talk to manager and chased after her when she came out and went back to kitchen. Manager never talked to table. Our server kept drink full and Willow tried to be a good server but told us only one kitchen staff and the manager were working BOH and they had no bar tender cause the manager had to cook. After getting cold refill I talked to manager and said she need to call in a GM. She just stared and me with a I am lost and hate my job look and i dont care what you say. The other tables that sat after me looked like they were getting the same slow service I was. The was a second Server who seemed to be training and was taking her time and not helping guest. Only Willow seemed to be trying. Never had tgis kind of experience in 24 years of going to a Applebee's. Normally I would give 4 and 5 stars all around.

Put this location out of its misery. I have honestly never had a worse experience at a restaurant, not even close. Food, wish I could have given it less than 1 star. Service? Where do I start? We watched people having to seat themselves, people being seen by a server maybe once every half an hour. Servers bringing one persons food out than the rest 30 minutes later… while all the food tasted and felt like it had been under a warmer for… you guessed it 30 MINUTES! For all that our party went through, we were comped 10% essentially. If I wasn’t a better person I would have left without paying. I already had a bad history with Applebees, and this just made it so much worse.

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. Don't ever go here if you want hot food and good service. Ordered our food and the food took an hour and 30 minutes to come out and all the food was cold. Also, they dropped food on my 5 year old and didn't even care. Plus, the food tasted like they bought it at a store. We called head for a party of 11 and we had the worst service ever. There were only 4 other tables. When people started seating there self's, you know there is something wrong. Worst experience ever.

We went today with our family for my teenagers 18th birthday. We even called ahead to let them know that their would be a table of 11 for a birthday. The entire experience was awful. There were only four other tables but it took an hour to get our food. And the orders weren't even correct. My daughter in law received her food 15 minutes before anyone else. Since she wouldn't eat without the rest of us, her food became cold. My husband ordered steak, his came out so cold that even the "hot" skillet was cold to the touch. Our drinks weren't refilled and nobody even came to check on us. Our server, Willsha, was completely indifferent to the situation. She did not care. Nor did the manager. Not sure if her name was Mac or Lilly because when I called to ask, the person that answered didn't even know the name of their own manager. Either way, all she did was stare at me with a blank look on her face. When I politely said something, I got attitude and 10% taken off our bill. That was it. They didn't even offer my child their birthday dessert. Normally, this wouldn't bother me, but I used to work at that exact location. I have a box full of "apple buddy" pins because I knew how to do my job which isn't that hard to begin with. While we there, 2 other tables got up and left (one was right next to us) because they got tired of waiting (even though there was 4 servers on duty) and could tell what kind of service they were going to receive...or should I say not receive. My kid had a horrible birthday lunch which breaks a mamas heart. Never going back.

Unfortunately, it appears that, this Applebee's doesn't have the help it needs from corporate. This location is extremely understaffed and is currently in the "snowball" effect. What I mean is, if you don't have the personnel, then that's going to be the reason your FOOD quality is low (there was a manager from another location trying to cook wings dried out and fries cold), SERVICE (the current manager trying to bartend and staff overwhelmed long wait for drinks and food) and ATMOSPHERE (2 servers covering the whole restaurant, enough said) ratings are low. If you can't give Applebee's standard that folks are used to, then shut down half the restaurant or whatever is necessary until you can get the proper number of personnel to cover.

I believe that nowadays, patrons are used to the effects of covid, but we shouldn't get used to paying the same price for less.

Thank you for the hardworking team that was there Thursday night. I believe they got the right folks working there. Corporate just needs to make it more manageable.

All negative feedback has a reply that mentions copy and pasting the web link to contact the franchisee. add that to the list that seems to be the problem, Applebee's apparently has a service that gives their responses to the feedback. it should be enough that someone takes the time to comment but corporate wants that person to copy and paste the web link (that by the way you can't it won't allow you to copy and paste) but if you could they want you to take a second step to get with this link and send them the review. Sad!

Leak in ceiling got on my husband and people in back of us got dinner for free, but we got nothing, just took forever to get food, and husbands beer was on bar for a very long time before they brought to him. Not as good as it use to be food and service very slow.
