I’m gonna be honest you’re lucky I can’t give it zero stars! I have been there several times living in Lee Summit two times within the last month. They said it would be a 20 minute wait just to get a roast beef sandwich. Another time I went, they seemed to always never have anything fresh. Management is not helping because I’ve drove off four times now Due to the wait time. I don’t understand how there is a wait time you’re not closing soon, and I was the only car in the drive-through! This location is a joke. I’ve had a lot better luck from other locations, including blue Springs but this one might as well be shut down.

I ordered a Doordash order tonight for 2 roast beef au jus meals. I received the meals with no au jus for either sandwich, stale curly and crinkle fries, and drinks that were 3/4 full of ice. One was a medium and somehow had more ice in it than the large, and one sandwich had more meat on half of it than the other one did all together. How can you send out an order for an au jus and forget 2 of them? Seems to always be an issue when coming or ordering at this location.

It sounded like the lady's working behind the counter were not having a good time when I visited. But the food was hot and good, I was quickly served. I made it a note to say I appreciated everyone who worked there making my food and keeping the doors open!

I went through the drive though, and the window worker was very nice. I was instructed to pull forward and wait in the front for my food. However, there was no clearly stated place for waiting cars, which was a little confusing. I received my food, but I only received 3 packets of Arby's sauce for 6 sandwiches. It was too late to go back and get some more, but that was careless of them to do that. The food was pretty good still.

Food was fine, service was minimal. Young man didn't put much effort into the transaction. The new brisket sandwich is sliced so thin that it is thin as paper. Not bad tasting brisket but they're depending on the sauce. They give you a big packet with the brisket sandwich but if you want another one that's $0.50. you have your choice of spicy or sweet..... The sweet does taste so much better. I eventually combine the two together to be what I thought was so tasty.

Went through the drive through and was told to pull forward. It took 15 minutes for them to bring me the wrong order and several other cars around me. After 20 minutes they brought out my order that was cold with no horseradish sauce.

I ordered the chicken cordon Bleu sandwich. These were a favorite of mine back in the 90's. Thick, melted cheese inside and ham. Tender with a great sauce. Arby's brought these back I think. What I got was dried almost burnt chicken jerky tough to tear and chew. The bun, cheese and ham were plentiful and good. It is expensive to eat out for me so I won't order this again. Makes me a bit sad because they used to be really good. I love Arby's and will be back just not this item.
