Every time I go here, they are out of a food item. Be it brisket or mozzarella sticks, it is always something. I was not going to return but I received some coupons in the mail and decided to purchase dinner for my family who was visiting. I took a few coupons with me and asked at the counter if I could use more than one. I was delighted to find out that I could do so. However, it was a comedy of errors.
The CSR could not figure out how to spell my name even after I repeated it three times and spelled it-- it is only 4 letters long. On my receipt it said ERSE, nice try but not quite. The CSR attempted to give me an incomplete order-- missing two orders of fries and the au jus for the French Dip & Swiss sandwiches. The manager retrieved my fries while the CSR fixed two containers of au jus. I had to ask for Arby sauce because it was not offered. After this fiasco, I made it home only to realize I was not given any marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. At least I know I can expect some type of failure here on a consistent basis.

June 2024: Took over 20 min to get through drive through. Only 2 people in front of me and one left! Hardly anyone in parking lot. I think only one person working and moving very slow from what I saw. Hopefully it tastes good!

The absolute worst Arby’s in the entire city. Three people in the drive-through line all three have left without getting their food or their order taken. Every time I come here, it’s extremely slow and continues to get worse
