This was my first time eating at A\\u0026W and I’m not impressed. For one the environment doesn’t feel very welcoming, I also wasn’t greeted or thanked, menu needs to be updated to represent what’s online. Also the speaker system needs to be replaced in the drive thu, My order probably would have been correct if So...Honestly I don’t think I’m willing to give it a second chance especially when there’s so many other burger restaurants nearby.

Employees were right outside of the drive through smoking and not wearing masks. Took 18 minutes to get a burger basket and 3 piece chicken tender basket. 4 different people that ordered after me were served before me. Terrible customer service.

Zero stars more appropriate. This chain is just mailing it in at this point. Parking lot and building are in shambles. Food inconsistent. Employees come and go-no continuity. Went through drive through today. Total fiasco-bailed after 10 minutes.

Worst place to eat. Fish was so small all I could taste was the breading. My friend had the chicken and could not eat it because it tasted like fish. The fries were cold.

Went here Wednesday, November 13th at 8:40 pm and the place was closed, locked up tighter than a drum. They're supposed to be open till 10 pm every night ! This is unacceptable. They could at least put a sign on the door explaining why ! This happened to us last week at IHOP in Blue Springs. This must be a management problem. Totally unacceptable ! Hope this helps.

October 22, 2019. Arrived in drive through, ordered two kids chicken tinder meals with root beer floats. Employee interrupted to tell me that a 7:40 they had no ice cream. Not until tomorrow. Ordered two kids root beer without ice then a three piece chicken tinder, and last two large root beers without ice. Received the four root beers all with ice. I was going to get my kids ice cream elsewhere to make floats but not tonight. Several minutes later I got a large bag of chicken sliders. Had to knock several times to get someone’s attention and the explained to the young man the order was wrong and repeated my order to him three separate times and waited several more minutes. I then received a large bag and a large box agin not what I ordered. They had to remake it a third time and offered my money back. I accepted and pulled into a parking spot to wait. By then my kids has to go the bathroom so we go inside. As we come out the food is ready and so is the refund. All but 3.25 of it for drinks???? Leave and realize no mots apple sauce, no kids toy and I don’t think I will ever come back. Not one part of my order came out right with 35 minutes and three tries and what ice cream restaurant cleans and shuts off their ice cream machine at 7:45. I wanted 4 root beer floats. I got 0/4, two kids meals again 0/2 and three chicken tinders not a meal. Big box with lots of French fries. 0/1. So 0/7 in orders complete. The last time we ordered here had almost the same experience complete with no ice cream mid afternoon.

This place seemed closed from the outside appearance, i went on in reluctantly and it was literally so uncomfortable i don't even know how else to explain it. They took about 10 mins to take our order, then they took about 15-20 mins to bring us our food, the ketchup dispenser was empty, the ice cream machine broke as we were there and to top it all off there was a hair in my food! Ugh! Might just be the worst dining experience of my entire life.

Lee's Summit location seriously needs all new management and workers. Every time I get food there it is nasty, burnt , or looks and tastes like it is cooked in old grease. Always have to return the food at least once because the order is NEVER right, and the crew acts like I'm bothering them just by coming in and ordering.
I visited there August 22, 2019. It was hard finding a table that was relatively clean..The bun on the cheeseburger was hard as a rock....They were out of hot sauce for the next customer. Root beer float was good:)

I used to love this place, but we went to the Lee's summit location first thing in the morning at it was DISGUSTING. looked like the whole place had not been cleaned in weeks. we felt gross sitting there. needs better management because it's really gone downhill

Wow. There's bad, there's worse, then there's terrible. Then there's this place - abysmal. The cashier - Miyahnna - was kind, but her hands were pretty tied. We came in - the place is very tired; very little maintenance or upkeep has been done in a very long time. Torn upholstery, not very clean. We ordered two meals, fairly quickly. However, we waited almost 45 minutes to get our order! We checked in, and I was ready to ask for a refund and walk, but my wife wanted to stay just a bit longer - she was pretty hungry. When the meal finally came, it was completely wrong. I had ordered the combo (2 chicken, 1 fish) with coleslaw and hushpuppies. I got 3 fish with green beans and coleslaw. I had also ordered a crab cake, which didn't come. My wife's order was equally messed up - she got hush puppies and something else she didn't order -- I don't remember what. The fish we did get was dry and overcooked. Again I wanted to walk, but we gave them a chance to fix it. The chicken came out very quickly as a correction - greasy, but at least very hot -- just made. The crab cake came out and was delicious. There were only two people staffing - I was told that there was a mass walk-out, and the manager was also absent, having gone into labor that day. The cashier was overloaded trying to work with the drive-through and the lobby was a pit. My wife took pity on her and asked for the gear to wipe the tables. The cashier was stunned and asked if she was sure, but my wife went and cleaned all the tables in the restaurant. The cashier was grateful. They ended up closing the dining room early "due to emergency" and left the drive-through open. I won't be coming back.
