Ice Cream is what you’d expect. Couple of young ladies working were friendly. Just hope you don’t need to use the bathroom. It’s way past disgusting. Someone needs to take in a bottle of bleach and hose it down.

If I could leave 0 stars I would . We came in at 9:30 the two guys working were very rude started closing , denied us the ice cream we wanted because as we were looking they started putting them away and REFUSED to get them out of the back . Honestly want a refund … terrible … as were standing in the parking lot a couple gets out goes in gets some ice cream does not pay because those are there friends and leaves . They had the open signs off by 9:45 . Someone needs to hire better people . Better yet where is the manager

Did a mobile pick up. For one all three jamoca shakes looked more like jamoca milk. My son who is allergic to milk, wanted to get non-dairy jamoca ice cream, they didnt have it at the location. Which is fine. But they didnt tell us, didnt ask us what we wanted instead and since the pick up order was in a sealed bag and they didnt tell us they switched out the ice cream we werent sure if my son could even eat it. Sneaky to say the least.

0/10 Had an awful experience here around 9:30 PM on July 19th. Two white girls working the closing shift were extremely rude to an older Black man. One of them — blonde with lashes — threw his ice cream on the counter and spoke to him with such disrespect that his white wife had to step in and call out their behavior.
As a Black customer, I felt very uncomfortable and deeply disappointed witnessing this. It felt racially motivated and completely unprofessional. Just because they were ready to close doesn’t give them the right to treat anyone that way.
On top of that, they handled the ice cream carelessly and didn’t seem to care at all about customer service. I will never return to this location. I hope the one on Douglas hires better staff who know how to treat all people with respect.

I grabbed a birthday cake from BR beautiful pink cake but, inedible really.. whatever color they’re using taste like straight chemicals it tasted like a mouth full of cleaner, completely disgusting. BR should find colors for their cakes that don’t taste so awful.

Came in they were sitting down I asked about what kind of the flavor I'm looking for and they just shook their head didn't really want to respond when I asked him was this too late for out of season and the only thing they can say was is there anything else order my ice cream didn't even fill up my court nor put my ice cream in a bag just handed it to me and out the door no professional service at all.

Stopped by Baskin Robbins today and had a great experience! The short-haired guy who helped me was not only super friendly but also had a great sense of humor. He made me laugh while I struggled to choose between flavors (because, let’s be honest, it’s tough!). He kept things polite and professional while making the visit fun. Definitely brightened my day—thanks for the great service!
The 2 girls that work there are EXTREMELY RUDE. As easy of a job it is, they don't want to be there and take it out on the customers. On top of the rudeness, they make you tip for it now if you use a card and she couldn't even look at me while I ran my card through. Please get rid of these entitled girls and don't make us tip rude condescending people, let it be our choice. It's not hard to scoop ice cream and put it in a cup or cone. We shouldn't have to tip for that, there is no service being done to tip for that.

Kelly and another gentleman working today on 04/23/24 I came in just to use the bathroom and browse menu, since i am a frequent doordasher. Kelly told me about the BR App on the App store and got me a free scoop for signing up! The energy is amazing at this place.. credits to both of them for being so lovely in a world full of hate :) I love this location.
