Kelly and another gentleman working today on 04/23/24 I came in just to use the bathroom and browse menu, since i am a frequent doordasher. Kelly told me about the BR App on the App store and got me a free scoop for signing up! The energy is amazing at this place.. credits to both of them for being so lovely in a world full of hate :) I love this location.Kid-friendliness: it’s ice cream! what else more can you say?? :)

Great little ice cream shop. Dozens of yummy flavors. We got waffle cones with two scoops, and there was so much ice cream that we could barely finish them. The store is getting a bit dingy and needs more cleaning.

Over the years this Baskin Robbins has remained pretty consistent- the ice creams good, the flavors stay the same, the building looks the same, and service is the same, except recently the Blue Raspberry Sherbet was removed. That was the best sherbet flavor they had, I don't like any of the mixed flavor stuff and as someone who doesn't do dairy it's sad such a popular flavor has gone missing. That negative aside, my family has never had an issue with service other than a minor wait when things get real busy. The staff are always nice and friendly. We recently tried an ice cream cake for a birthday instead of DQ and my family says it tasted much better. They now have a drive through at this location which is interesting.

Poor customer service. I ordered a cake for my daughters 15th birthday. I picked it up. My car was cool and I had a 30 minute drive home. The cake should have been frozen solid. It should have made the drive. It didn’t . 10 minutes before I got home the cake melted beyond repair. I called the store and they said they would refund my money….. no refund . I couldn’t serve the cake . It cost over $40. I had to buy a new cake. They said they would make it right when I called after they were rude and said I should have brought a cooler.nothing online says that you only have 10 minutes before it melts completely. I have bought cakes from Dairy Queen and they didn’t do this. I am so disappointed. I would not recommend anyone buy an ice cream cake from them . It won’t even make it home :(I have attached a picture of the before and after picture. You can see that it wasn’t even salvageable.

My toddler and I got food poisoning from this baskin robbins. Which may result in an ER visit. This is the only thing we ate out of the ordinary and were both extremely sick. My husband didn’t have any ice cream and he feels fine. They must not be checking expiration dates.

This location can often struggle with cleanliness, but the quality of the ice cream is consistent and reasonable. I typically know what I want before I get there, and it's almost always in stock. Patio seating can be lacking during Summer rushes.

I went in tonight to get my daughters ice cream and a young girl waited on us. She dropped the first cup on the ground then proceeded to still use it to make my daughters Sunday. She was coughing the either time. She walked away from me with my other daughters Sunday and open mouth coughed on it. Then proceeded to tell her coworkers that's She was so sick. I understand that good help is hard to find and most of these young kids don't know how to act or proper customer service but thats disgusting.I also understand that not everyone can afford to take off work for a little head cold that comes their way, but if you're going to be around food, put on a mask and gloves. If this is how they act in front of customers, I would hate to see how they act without any around.
