Don't bother with this Burger King. The restaurant was completely empty, and it was obvious why. The employees acted like we were a nuisance just by walking in, and the manager was no help at all. When I tried to use a 25% off app coupon on my $31 order, it only gave me a $1.10 discount. The manager refused to fix the problem and just wanted to argue. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I was at 4:30 p.m. today. I ate a mil 1. About an hour later, I started feeling sick. You ruined my day. I've been eating Burger King in Russia for 30 years, and I've never gotten sick. What's wrong with you? Do you even have any sanitary standards, or do you just don't care?

Way to much Ketchup making sandwiches hard to eat. Same with mayonnaise. Maybe put liquid type toppings on bottom bun away from cheese.

This location hardly ever has any traffic, I think I've been there maybe a handful of times and each time I have been there it's poor customer service they pour way too much salt on the fries I mean I got one fry out ate it was so salty I spit it back out and I went back in asked him to make me a fresh batch but this is not even the first time they constantly make hypertension french fries they're going to kill somebody at that store if they continue to make those salty fries I mean the bin where they hold the fries once they're done and then come out of the deep fryer it's packed with salt the heat bulbs that the fries are under is packed with salt they need to clean that stuff before someone with hypertension comes in and eat those fries and cause more problems to their health it's ridiculous.

I tried to upgrade my fries to a large (of course paying extra) was told at 3:10pm on 5/25 that “subs aren’t allowed on coupons “ I didn’t want to sub but simply UPGRADE my fries to large. The coupon states NO SUBS but it doesn’t say no upgrades. Will be reaching out to corporate so me and the employees can have a further understanding.

I fell asleep. So they kicked a paying customer out threatening to call the police because I was asleep 20 minutes. This is called harassment.As no other reason was given.

Avoid at all costs. Staffing issues that have lasted for years have resulted in closed lobby, inconsistent hours and app orders take just as long as ordering through the drive through since you still have to go through the drive through.
If you have a good 40 minutes to wait to order/get food have at it - there will be 1 less car ahead of you at this location.

They have gone downhill the last 2 years. I used to bring my babies to eat here often but last year the store tanked. They are always short staffed so you don’t know when or if the lobby will be open. I think the problem is they choose people who just don’t want to work or people who don’t care about the job. The employees that are there are ALWAYS rude and disgruntled looking. They almost always forget something/ get the order wrong. The staff always rushes you when you’re trying to order, the food is always cold. Today is my last time coming. I order 4 of the your way meals they asked me what sauces I wanted. The employee with one tooth (not to be mean) insisted we had our full order when we hadn’t gotten our drinks we didn’t want to hold up the line so we drove back around. They hadn’t put any sauces in the bags for our nuggets the girl had the NASTIEST look on her face and turned to the manager and said “They just asked for sauces” like the money for them is coming from her paycheck and as if she had already given us sauces in the first place. The other employee went outside and started smoking cigarettes. Just go to 291. 🥹

My order was recorded correctly but the cook totally screwed up the sandwiches. I asked for cheese on my fish but he didn't add any. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and only got one meat patty. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this kind of thing has happened. The Diet Coke has been awful for literally years. They don't add enough syrup so the drink is very bitter.
