Slow as hell in drive-through. Wednesday night 830 only one other customer in the whole place and they have me wait at the drive-through window for five minutes cause they're too lazy

I kept waiting over 10 mins to order food thur the drive thur . The black woman kept telling me one moment over n over for a very long time do i left went inside to place my order . They acted offended when i told them bout how i had to come inside. I just wanted to order a meal since I am fiabetic n gma. Apparently, I came to the wrong place. This place does not want to serve people food.. They lacking Customer Service professionalism. Let's not even go into trying to be friendly. I will not be back. This place has gone downhill. Retrain rehire new people!!!!!

We came at 10:30 and nobody answered the drive thru they were hiding. Don’t come to work if you don’t want to provide service. Also left the drive thru window wide open anyone could’ve climbed through it. 10:30pm 10/03/2025.

Don't bother with this Burger King. The restaurant was completely empty, and it was obvious why. The employees acted like we were a nuisance just by walking in, and the manager was no help at all. When I tried to use a 25% off app coupon on my $31 order, it only gave me a $1.10 discount. The manager refused to fix the problem and just wanted to argue. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I was at 4:30 p.m. today. I ate a mil 1. About an hour later, I started feeling sick. You ruined my day. I've been eating Burger King in Russia for 30 years, and I've never gotten sick. What's wrong with you? Do you even have any sanitary standards, or do you just don't care?

Way to much Ketchup making sandwiches hard to eat. Same with mayonnaise. Maybe put liquid type toppings on bottom bun away from cheese.
