Ordered the Impossible Whopper & Onion Rings but I like BBQ sauce on my Whopper, they were out of BBQ Sauce as well as the Zesty Sauce for the Onion Rings. The Sprite I ordered also tasted really weird. This is not the 1st time I’ve had a bad experience at this location, too bad no other location is close to me.

Never got our food. They forgot our order. Deleted it and took a bathroom break.

My husband I visited this location a couple weeks ago and the taller lady was so funny and kind . We had not been to Burger King in a while and we was pleasantly surprised. I don't know if she is the manager or not but so many of these places lack customer service since the pandemic and you all did not disappoint I highly recommend you to take care of her and treat her good because good employees are hard to come by.

Don't advertise that you are open late if you are not going to stay open. I work in the ED and in the past 2 months now I have attempted the drive through 4-5x around 1am-1:30am, cars still in the parking lot and lights on. When I pull up to the drive through I get a recording stating they are closed. At first I thought maybe there was an issue, but now this has happened every single time on different nights and different weeks. Fix your hours and don't advertise that you are open late if you are just going to ignore paying customers! False advertisement!

Probably one of the worst locations. I'm sure the staff trys but they clearly don't really care if people get fresh food or not even if the store is empty. I've waited in the drive through line for 30 mins previously having to back out of the narrow drive to leave. The play place is nice because it's empty most of the time. Just eat before you come it's nice for kids that's about it.

This Burger King likes to steal from kids that don’t know how to count I sent my two kid up there to pay for two whoppers they came back with one when I called back up there nd reported it they hung up on me so I’ll call the corporate office in the morning to fire this bums!!!

It seemed like there were 3 workers working the whole place. It was Friday evening, super busy. However, we were acknowledged, but it was not the warmest welcome, but they were busy and focused. My order was correct, and we didn't have to wait too long given the circumstances.

Onion rings are horrible. Whopper was made with no care or love. Avoid this place. Nice person though. Very expensive to be dissatisfied. $16.00 for a double whopper. Take McDonald's lead reduce the price because people will stop coming.

I placed an order on the app then picked it up through the drive thru. I made sure that none of the burgers were to have any onions. I even double checked before placing the order and yet we found onions. Either they gave us burgers that had onions and they tried to pick them off before giving them to us or they had food that was cross contaminated. Neither one is acceptable because there are a lot of people that have food allergies and could die for a stupid mistake like that.

I could not see who was in the back actually making the burgers but the people I did see through the pickup window were all grown adults 30+ years old, not teenagers or in their 20's.

On the order we also requested ketchup, I asked the woman if it was in the bag and she said yes, which was a lie. She handed me some with her bare hands. We wiped them off with antibacterial wipes before even using the ketchup.

I thank God that I did not order anything to drink because I saw her lean over the ice while she was fixing someone else's drinks. I'm not fat shaming, I've dealt with weight issues myself over the years. But she herself and management should be aware that she is physically putting her body over and her stomach is actually leaning into the ice machine. They should get in trouble for food safety for that, that is extremely unhygienic.

I really wish I would have taken photos but we were in a hurry to get to a doctor's appointment.
