Worst service ever. Employees won’t greet you at drive through window. I have been sitting in line for 20 minutes. Not one employee has come to the window. Stellar employees, Burger King …. Won’t waste my time or money here again. Ever.

Horrible place to work management will allow eating at the prep station even though we're not supposed to pick and chooses who gets to bully harass , allows employees to speak to the customer like crap food isn't made with care nor sanitation UPDATE the store manger called me threatening me to take this review down or she'll make it to where I'll never get a job again PRIORITIES ARE OFF FOCUS SHOULD BE ON THE BUSINESS AND MAKING ORDERS NOT WASTING TIME CALLING THREATENING PEOPLE

Today, coming here, I saw it was busy. The workers was clearly understaffed and was pressured by both lobby and drive thru orders. The order taking was fine and had to wait when both their computer screens were covered with orders. Responding to Dennis Jones, the recent last post. If you were put to work in that situation, what have you done instead. The employee taking the orders were not like kindergarten. They were seem stressed out.

Terrible service, I've been there twice and they treated me very poorly, they have a hard time serving you and the employees spend their time just eating and the hamburgers are of poor quality, I ordered a combo number two without onion and they gave it to me without cheese and the meat is horrible, they make them how they want it, not how you ask for it.

I had a offer thru an email from BK. I brought the printout but forgot to access the code to use at the register. Tyra served me & was very helpful while I looked for the email on my phone to get the code. I was unsuccessful, but found other deals in their app. Tyra was very nice to say don't worry about it; she's forgotten it when she's made purchases too. She's very pleasant with a pretty smile.

Whoever it was taking orders around 5pm, Friday, August 8th is the absolute worst employee I've ever had to deal with. So bad in fact that my fiance and I decided we did not even trust their facility to handle food of ours, in fact, we will never allow that location to handle our food at risk of them tampering with it and harming us. We first pulled up to the drive thru with a simple question (I suppose asking questions is prohibited at this location) as the employee got angry almost immediately. Out of confusion of the gibberish their angry throat was spewing we decided to go inside the building for further inquiry. We obviously were met with the same individual inside as they quickly changed their angry speaking to talking down on us as if we were children and refused to give any meaningful information for our very simple questions regarding the food and promotions their establishment provided. This lady was so far beyond under qualified for their position it was astonishing as I had figured anyone could do their job. But just the same they decided to treat my fiancé and myself as second class citizens and refuse to help until eventually we decided to just walk out the door. I guess our money and we are not good enough for this establishment and questions are very clearly not allowed. I will heavily recommend that NO ONE should EVER go to this establishment for food or nourishment of any sort. I am truly fearful that anyone that gets that aggressive over very simple questions would tamper with food in a heartbeat without a single second thought. I truly have always loved burger king but I can not stand for something like this. This was a terrible and disgusting portion of my day and all over simply asking a question to get a better understanding. Just a shame that a company would allow someone like that to serve people. I really hope no one gets hurt or poisoned.

Ordered a Family Bundle for delivery. The ticket shows all the items. I did not get the chicken nuggets, onion rings, dipping sauce. I was offered a refund from the delivery company for less than cost of the missing items.
We have ordered this item 7 times previously with no problem. It looks like no one was paying attention. BTW way the fries were a cold soggy mess. What happened. Tried to call the store and they never answered the phone.
You really know our to ruin a family dinner.

NOT 24HR !!! Every time I have visited at night, they are CLOSED and drive-thru intercom says closed even though they have a large banner out front that says open 24 HR.

Ridiculously slow. Waited over 30 mins at 2 in the morning with only 2 cars in front of me the entire time. They are 24 hours but when you pull up the system on the intercom says they’re closed even though they’re not.
I’ve worked fast food for years & there’s really no excuse for this whatsoever.

Went to restaurant number 11162 and had two different orders with two different codes, lady at the window was yelling for us to figure it out and move alone because we were holding up her line. She was also saying rude comments under her breath. Her name is Carmen she said she was the manager. Super rude comments, unprofessional. If she treats customers the same way it would continue to put a bad name on the Burger King franchise reputation… VERY UNPLEASED WITH SERVICE!

Whopper Jr meal was $11! Got my food immediately thru the drive thru. However, it was not fresh or appealing at all. The french fries were cold and had been sitting under the heat lamp for at least ten to 20 minutes (I used to work drive-thru, so I know how long ot takes them to look like this.) Overcharged and nasty. And people serve this kind of food wanting to make $15 an hour?! Not okay.

Ordered the Impossible Whopper & Onion Rings but I like BBQ sauce on my Whopper, they were out of BBQ Sauce as well as the Zesty Sauce for the Onion Rings. The Sprite I ordered also tasted really weird. This is not the 1st time I’ve had a bad experience at this location, too bad no other location is close to me.
