cold, soggy fries, bland or poorly flavored burgers (like waxy aftertastes), incorrect or messy orders (too many/few condiments), low-quality ingredients (rubbery onions, limp lettuce), and poor hygiene/service as common complaints, leading to dissatisfaction, sometimes sickness, and a feeling the brand's quality has declined over time. They didn’t give straws. Spent 55 dollars for us to not get the drinks we ordered.

I like burger King better then McDonald's. Last time I was at McDonald's on Chipman the bun was stale.Ugh.

I came through and even though there were multiple cars outside the establishment and there weren’t any signs of it being closed at all, I couldn’t get a response on the phone or in the drive thru

Seems to be under new ownership Food is good,but several items were surprisingly not available and on more than one visit, the drinks were so bad tasting we had to throw them away, unfortunately will not be returning

Came to try the SpongeBob meals. Everything was fresh and cooked great. Food came out quick. Seemed like the dinning room was smokey inside.

The service was not good. Asked for my food plain many times and they didn’t listen.
Went here expecting to have a great lunch only it was the worst BK experience I’ve ever had. I ordered 2, 8 pieces nuggets and got one and a chicken fry. Not to mention the nuggets tased like they were made in fish oil and looked like they had been sitting there forever. I ordered a whopper jr and got a whopper bun with a jr patty and no lettuce on my burger. Do better!

Ordered my pickup before 2am, when I arrived to pick it up they just had a sign that said they were closed at 2am and the app won’t refund

HORRIBLE customer service!! Carmelo, the young guy at the drive through window had THE worst attitude I have ever encountered in fast food!
OMGoodness! — Can you please at least teach your drive through people how to smile and be polite! Even a fake smile would have been better than a blank zombie stare!

Service was great. There was an issue with my online order, but the staff was able to make it for me anyway, which was very kind of them. I was surprised how fast it came out.
The Impossible Whopper was good. I'm assuming most have had a whopper before. I'd say this is one of the better BKs in the area I've been to.
The mozzarella fries were alright, but not the best mozzarella sticks I've had. In my opinion the marinara sauce was just a bit overpowering. Not bad, but could be better.

horrible customer service. the lady working was VERY disrespectful with her tone and attitude. i was asking for sauce for my chicken fries and she closed the window as i was speaking i left without sauce. my brother got the mummy mozzarella fries and the cheese was cold and hard.
Food horrible! Burger was old! Fries were not fresh and served cold. Long wait in drive thru line. Lady in the window took no rush tending to service at all. Waited over 20 min for old cold food. Treated w minimal customer service.
