One word FIRE 🔥 every single time

Tried a new place and it didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed the ham sandwich, smoked Mac, and the Baja pork nachos. Everyone was happy, service was great, and the atmosphere was very laid back and not too loud.

Always great food! I frequent Diametric and the food just hits with the beer!

Looking for somewhere new and stumbled upon Burn Theory Fire Kitchen and we will be coming back here! The environment was very laid back and welcoming. Food was AMAZING! The Banger Burger lived up to its name and the Southwest Turkey was absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to return and try more food.

My family visited Diametric Brewing Company & Burn Theory Fire Kitchen to celebrate my birthday this year and we had a great time! My wife and I shared a 2-meat "Satur-tray" consisting of burnt ends, brisket, fried Brussels sprouts, and chips & queso. We added on some "Taylor-tots" and I had one of the house-made sodas. Everything was fantastic. We were genuinely surprised that everything in our meal was so good. Also, both of our kids (9 & 6) had fun playing foosball and ate the entirety of their "drummies & fries" (seriously the biggest compliment of this review). Not to mention we made out for less than $60. We will definitely be returning to explore the rest of the menu and the brewery options!

I'm so sad.We had to move out of the kansas city area as this was our favorite place. My wife recommends the street tacos and I like the smoked and fried wings and the chips with smoked quest.

Food was pretty good! Had the baja burger, loved. Fries were good as far as taste but tiny, hard to dip. Tator tots balls were very good. Definatly going to return

Absolutely love the menu options. It was all amazing and I certainly was "borrowing food off my families plates". We had a mouth watering burger, delicious sandwich and street tacos! The brewery options are also fantastic, with multiple options to fuel everyone's taste. Cocktails also available. Great patio seating, watch the game, or visit with friends or family. Also doggo friendly!
