Burn Theory Fire Kitchen

As others stated, the location was a bit confusing, since it was marked as the brewery and not Burn Theory. However, there was a sign for the kitchen when you enter the brewery. You seat yourself and order at the bar. The food came out quickly, and it was all delicious. The staff was very friendly. We will be back.

Located at Diametric Brewing, this food truck make amazing tacos, tailored tots, and Brussels sprouts with bacon and maple--- to die for!

Delicious and creative food, awesome friendly service. The ham biscuits and gravy today were scrumptious especially when accompanied by Dilly and Mary bloody Marys.

The food here is so good! I've eaten in person and ordered through door dash and it's just delicious. The brussel sprouts are definitely my favorite.
There isn't a ton of room in the place itself, so timing definitely matters if you're planning to eat in.
Definitely recommend though!

Let’s start off by saying I hate Brussel sprouts buuut someone at our table got the share size smoked Brussel sprouts and I’ve legit dreamed about them since. The Cuban was superb, the smoked turkey sandwich was amazing and the smoked burgers were great! All the sauces were house made and so great! Do yourself a favor and stop by this place.

There's no service. You do everything your self... order at the bar, pick your drinks up at the bar, hell we thought we were going to have to cook our own food. I think most patrons go there for the beers 🍻 our fault for not reading the reviews but we wouldn't have visited them if we world have. Plus it was really loud for very few people being in the building.

I stumbled across this place while my car was at Safelite. The drinks were delicious, the food scrumptious, and the atmosphere was light and friendly. I'm looking forward to a planned visit in the future.

One word FIRE 🔥 every single time

Tried a new place and it didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed the ham sandwich, smoked Mac, and the Baja pork nachos. Everyone was happy, service was great, and the atmosphere was very laid back and not too loud.

Always great food! I frequent Diametric and the food just hits with the beer!

Looking for somewhere new and stumbled upon Burn Theory Fire Kitchen and we will be coming back here! The environment was very laid back and welcoming. Food was AMAZING! The Banger Burger lived up to its name and the Southwest Turkey was absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to return and try more food.
