Me and my wife and son came here for lunch today on 05/20/2025, after waiting in line for 20min, we ordered 2 chick fil a sandwiches one with no pickles and one with, and a kids meal. After driving home (and not checking the order because chick fil a is supposed to not make these kinds of mistakes) i found that my sandwich did have pickles on it, I am allergic to them. After all this I tried to call, no answer. So i drove back and waited in line for another 20min to be told I had to go inside. Parked, went inside and waited in that line... after getting to the counter, I told him what happened, was offered no compensation just another sandwich... I had expected more of chick fil a. I guess I was wrong. Your food is good, but not, waste an hour of my time and gas money and drive back and forth kind of good...

The parking and drive thru are very difficult to maneuver. And during peak times difficult to find a place to sit.

they run a tight ship. 🚢 love these guys! amazing every time. line wrapped around the building usually takes me ~5 minutes which is INSANE and orders never wrong or missing sauces. never change <3
They need more room in the parking lot. Getting in and out of there is crazy! But otherwise it goes fast and efficient.

I was at the lees summit chickfila this morning and the manager had me pull up before paying bc there was a gap. As I was doing that I was holding my card out the window ready to pay when I got stopped. I thought they had the tap to pay so I tried that first. The girl SNATCHED my card out of my hand so fast and harsh. Then proceeded to pronounce my name wrong which is whatever but there was zero reason to snatch like that. It was so disrespectful and I won’t be going back.
