Although the drive-thru line is always packed, they get through the line very quickly! I've never had a bad experience in the drive-thru, and the food and service is always thorough and fantastic.

Extremely busy but extremely fast lines. Don't let the lines scare you, they are terribly fast at getting orders out the window and sending you on your way for lunch! Be sure to check your bag though l, sometimes they miss an item or 4 in your bag.The quality of the food is actually pretty decent despite the rush. The place is fairly clean.
Used the drive thru and the young man was awesome. He was nice and professional. I asked him where did he get his training and replied that it's all internal. Congrats to Chick-fil-A for a job well done. And, please don't change your standards of not opening on Sundays. Please continue to obey the original owners desire to respect Sunday and don't let today's culture change you. Continue to stand for righteousness

My favorite place to get fast food when visiting Missouri when visiting family (I live in a different state that doesn't have Chick-fil-A). However, I will always get take-out since it is regularly packed inside for dinning in. Lastly, if you don't like waiting in line for drive-thru, I recommended ordering online/mobile app and pick up order inside. It is much quicker that way.
