Chipotle is always amazing but the portion sizes are terrible when Justin makes them he needs re trained in portion sizes because everybody else does a 5 star job at their stations but he only ever does 1 and its sad it hurts the whole perception of the restaurant, I would start a class action lawsuit just to get refunds for the burritos Justin made

This guy is asked him his name it was Charles and this guy looking over him I also asked twas Alex were really helpful and amazing made sure my burrito was made right and I would highly recommend both these employees get a promotion or raise of some kind

They do not use the togo shelf and also have the labels facing then incorrect way so that you cannot get your food until someone comes over to get it for you. I have attempted to turn the bags around to read for myself and have been asked not to do this.

Was charged almost $3 for guac when I didn’t get guac. Didn’t see it until I got home and looked at the receipt

Vibe was cool, nice and clean, but the steak was super tough. We had 3 bites that we had to throw out.

Food is tasty. Smells great all of the time. Service is pretty good too. However, eventually they’ll lose business. Why? Food portions.

At the beginning of the line. You get healthy scoops of rice. Healthy scoops of beans. Then the meat turns into a hot commodity: you get sprinkles of cut chicken. You’re lucky if you get 6-7 small bite size chunks.

Healthy scoop of salsa, healthy serving of sour cream, and cheese.

Let’s say you make a statement about how reserved they are about sprinkling 5-6 pieces of chicken instead of a scoop. And you’ll either be ignored or told it’s an up charge.

My conclusion is either the company tells them to do this or this team doesn’t like cooking steak and chicken.

I didn't like the service. The women were very rude to me, and when I asked for my receipt, they wouldn't give it to me. Could it be racism?.
No coming back to this chipotle
