The manager of this location needs a lesson in sales. They refuse to sell extra sides of shredded cheese. ALL other locations sell extra sides of cheese with your entree.

It’s chipotle. Quick easy food that isn’t fried and greasy. This location was pretty clean. Service could’ve been a bit quicker but overall it’s fine.

Not sure why they started charging for tortillas because they NEVER PUT THEM IN THE BAG. EVERY TIME I ORDER A TORTILLA THEY DONT PUT IT IN THE BAG THEY PROBABLY OWE ME $10 AT THIS POINT

Must have been on war rations or something, got barely any rice and the chicken portion was a joke, STAY AWAY!!!

DO NOT go to this chipotle. Staff is poorly trained and management leaves a lot to be desired. There are 2 other chipotles within a mile of this store, just go to a different one.

Staff was super helpful when I was having problems ordering through the app. I never felt rushed or that they were annoyed with me. They really made this one of the better experiences I've had at any Chipotle. They also seemed attentive, clean, and respectful. Sometimes you go into a fast food type restaurant and the workers seem unenthusiastic and bored. But I felt this place had it together and I would definitely come back here if I'm in the area again.

My husband ordered our dinner on the app. We paid for two bowls and added extra chicken. My bowl only had THREE pieces of chicken. This was supposed to be double meat! I also did not get the lettuce I ordered and very little rice and salsas. It was a bowl of sour cream and cheese. My husband bowl had very little chicken also and we did not get a bag of chips. I’m so disappointed because whoever made this bowl intentionally did this because even if you order regular meat, you’d get more than three pieces. Thanks for stealing 45.00 from us Chipotle!

Asked for cheese on the side and they said no. We can't do cheese on the side for a kids meal. I have been doing that for my daughter for 2 years. Great employee but terrible manager. Drove to the other location and they apologized and gave it to me.

I absolutely love this Chipotle! The workers here are fantastic—young, energetic, and super cool. I even discovered a couple of them are into heavy metal, which is awesome! Whether I’m going through the drive-thru or dining in, the staff always makes the experience great. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and the service is consistently fast and efficient.

It’s clear the team here enjoys what they do, and that positive vibe makes all the difference. This is hands-down my favorite Chipotle, and I look forward to every visit. Keep up the great work!

Check your food from the drive though before leaving!

I ended up getting a burrito that was less than half the normal size, kids meal with half the ingredients, missing chips and the bowl was half full. It was ridiculous.

Going in I’ve never had problems at this location. The drive through quality was terrible.
