I dont take time to drive to the location just to be forced to wait while they fulfill 27 omline orders in front of me
If you are going to take online and a drive thru them have more than one food line to fill orders. This place and its management sucks. I will start an 9mline patition to boycott it.

Picked up from the drive-thru location for convenience.. ordered a burrito instead of a bowl.. & after eating half mention to my wife that I've had mostly sour cream.. cheese & rice so far & that the 2nd half will be meat & beans.. then looking down seeing another fair amount of the same.. I change my assessment to maybe 20% meat.. until I decide to just unwrap the remaining portion to see how much meat was actually there.. & it was precisely 1 bite worth.. no exaggeration..

I should have taken a pic for the review.. because it looked so ridiculous.. why even bother putting a single fork of barbacoa in a barbacoa burrito..? Just say I don't care what you ordered.. this is what I'm making you.. 🙄

The Gentleman that took my order was very nice the girl at cashier register had an attitude she didn’t speak very loudly and did not give me my receipt. She should be working in the back because her customer service skills are horrible.

There's almost always something wrong with the order when I order here. They constantly forget things and the portion sizes are laughably small. This last time I ordered, they left out half the items in my bowl and also didn't acknowledge me at the drive thru for a couple minutes even though there were less than 1 or 2 other customers in the store.

Them taking a while to acknowledge me isn't a big deal, but how bad my order was has me wondering what I did to make them hate me so much lol?

WHATS GOING ON AT CHIPOTLE ?! 🤔

Went inside the restaurant on Friday June 13 at 3:30 BOGO deal. Bought 3 bowls and a tacos with all the same meat, is Barbacoa. There were no meat left and all we got was scrap. They didn’t refill the meat or offer us something else. I have to asked the young girl that work there for a substitute meat and she look at me like is a bother. I’m very disappointed because normally I don’t go to this location because is closer to my house. I’m upset and disappointed because my food didn’t meet the chipotle standards even though I got the deal but it wasn’t good or satisfying like I usually buy at regular times. This location on Oldham road in Lee’s Summit, Mo disappointed me!

I love Chipotle, but EVERYTIME i order online, it's ALWAYS cold. I know if I get it delivered, it's going to get a little cold on the way, but it seems like it was never warm to begin with. It feels like it's been in the refrigerator all day and wasn't at least warmed up before it was sent out.

I don’t usually make these sorts of reviews. But the business didn’t check the name on the food with the one on my bag. Ended up getting someone else’s food with dairy products and I’m lactose intolerant. The crew member in the pickup window didn’t say a word or initiate any kind of interaction when arriving. They seemed like they couldn’t care less about the customer or the food. I understand it was a holiday and it was busy but this was unprofessional service. ☹️

My bowl wasn't even covering the bottom and they didn't give me corn, as well as barely any queso. They did this the previous day when I came with a friend. Get portions right and you're golden but until then boo 👎

I’ve been to many different chipotles. Moved here a year ago and this one tastes the best by far. But the service is terrible. If you don’t watch them like a hawk they will 100% mess up your order. Then laugh at you when you walk back in not happy.
