Ordered a DoorDash this evening- spent around $45 for two burritos. One steak, one Barbacoa. Both arrived with ZERO MEAT.
Pretty fascinating to miss an entire primary ingredient.

Don't order online! Rare that they get order right. Ordered 5 bowls included a tip. Two items were missing and 1 was completely wrong. Brought it back and was told we have to get in line and wait again. Probably won't come back to this location.

The absolute worst Chipotle I have ever been too. Extremely slow and dirty. If you have a truck do not even attempt the chipotle lane you can see all marks on the wall from the extremely tight turns. Do yourself a favor and skip this location and go to the one up on chipman.

Food is always wrong, never labeled even if we have multiple burritos.
This chipotle is by far the best chipotle in Lees summit. It poops all over Chipman and who the hell wants to get in and out of 291 hwy Columbus st location. Never gonna get this online either

I think we're breaking up, Chipotle. I think a $10.50 bowl is ok and I was happy to pay that tonight. I can't accept that you tried to charge me $9.30 for a quesadilla. It was a handful of cheese in a tortilla. Even if it was 3 handfuls, is it really still the same cost as a bowl or burrito with meat, salsa, lettuce, all the extra stuff?

The chips were stale, and they gave us exactly 12 in the bag... There was no guacamole in the burrito which you charge $3 extra for. What the hell are you doing?
I've gone to this Chipotle for about 2 years and it's been good. In the past 6 months there's been a change.
I ordered online for the first time yesterday and was extremely disappointed. The portions were extremely horrible and I can guarantee that if I had gone in person, this wouldn't have happened. Adding to that, the names on the food was labeled wrong so we had to open each burrito and bowl to see who had what.
Within the past few months aswell, the chips are literally fried tortillas. I've had problems in the past with very little salt but now there's none at all and it's truly disappointing. If there's flavoring in your chips, it's the oil they cook them in and the single drop of lemon/lime that they use.

They put that hot salsa on my chipotle order I asked for and then they don’t answer their phone. You can’t call nobody. You can’t get nobody to tell him that’s wrong. I don’t drive. I don’t have a car so I can’t go up there. I paid $20 for Uber to bring me a chipotle meal that I couldn’t even eat. It was absolute disgusting the hot sauce I have acid reflux. I can’t have that But no way to get my money back or anything else so I guess I’ll just hold onto it and bring it up there in a week.

Cooper is always really friendly!! It's not too often that people ask how you're doing and actually care enough to hold a short conversation. Great customer service

Probably the most efficient Chipotle I've ever visited. Might have just been the right timing, but we were in and out in 5 minutes.
Not really a dine in place. More like a Chipotle express. Food was good.
