Andrea’s baking skills are far and above anyone else we considered going with for our Wedding cake. She’s a low sugar natural baker and we loved that some of the ingredients came from her own garden. We felt the flavor choices were excellent, and ended up going with Grand Marnier, Strawberry Balsamic, and Applesauce! Not only was the taste of the cake amazing, Andrea’s decorating skills and creativity were above and beyond our expectations. She gave us exactly what we wanted and it was a beautiful cake.

Since I was a little girl, my dream wedding always made me think about watching Father of the Bride with Steve Martin for the first time in a movie theater. But it was still surprisingly difficult for me to articulate exactly what I was wanting early on. Even so, I could tell from the first email that Andrea was the *exact* person I wanted to make my dream wedding cake. She is so warm and full of energy. And she is so passionate about what she does. Our tasting absolutely blew us away and was also downright educational. Andrea is extremely knowledgeable and grows or makes many of the ingredients that she bakes with. We found that to be so impressive. I had such a great time collaborating with her and really appreciated her genuine excitement and enthusiasm. I cried actual tears of joy when I saw the finished product and our guests raved about the cake flavors we had selected. Do not hesitate to hire Andrea to make your wedding cake!!! Honestly, you might even consider working around her schedule if you are between dates. It's one of the best decisions we made!

The ingredients she uses are so high quality and it is reflected in the taste of her cake. I was stuck on what I wanted design wise, and she was able to consult and creatively assist to make exactly what I envisioned. HIGHLY recommend and her pricing is competitive with the other cakeries around town with the same peak level of quality.

Cake was important to me when it came to my wedding and I am so happy I found Andrea! She was so kind and personable from the initial tasting to the day that I returned her cake stand. At the tasting she had several different flavors and she took the time to make sure that we got the flavors right for the wedding. Then COVID happen and I had to reschedule and Andrea was so accommodating!!! When it came to the actual design of the cake Andrea literally had an impromptu meeting with me to make sure that I would love the cake design. The delivery process was seamless and the cake tasted and looked great! It had excellent flavor and most importantly to me it wasn’t a sugar bomb and it had the perfect cake to frosting ratio which is essential for wedding cake. I just wanted a good cake instead I got an absolutely amazing cake from someone with superior customer service that truly loves their craft.

Took my $500 deposite after I reached out a month prior to my wedding date (even though she never reached out to about my cake) letting her know I had cancel because the venue was not completed. It was a rough enough that i had to postpone my wedding but the way things were handled were very unprofessional. Dont waste the headache going through Classic Cakes.

My European husband wanted to find a baker who would make European style butter cream vs overly sugared typical American style buttercream and Andrea certainly delivered. She won us over with her with her Marzipan, white cake with strawberry balsamic layers and frangelico chocolate. We ordered well over our guest count and barely had leftovers. Our guests had rave reviews!One of my biggest wedding day regrets was that I did not get to eat all three flavors of cake.Also, she made the cake look exactly like the pinterest photo I had saved. I will forever love our wedding cake and highly recommend Andrea! You will not be disappointed.
