The Cookie Jar is an excellent bakery! I sent an email to get a quote on cupcakes for my son's birthday party. I quickly received a friendly reply and Lisa was kind enough to answer my additional questions. The smell inside the bakery was AMAZING when I arrived for pick up. The cupcakes were done on time and absolutely beautiful. The colors I requested for the icing were perfect. Most important of all, they were DELICIOUS!! The icing was creamy and not too sweet and the cake was moist and perfect. I highly recommend the cookie jar!

We love the cookies from Cookie Jar Bakery in Lee’s Summit! They're really delicious and beautiful! The staff worked with us on our daughter’s bridal shower cookies, and then for her baby shower as well! If you give them an idea of what you like, or a theme, they will design something great!! I highly recommend them for your next event!

Went for the first time today, owner was so helpful in answering questions and everything looked so good. Decided to get a couple of things including their award winning salted caramel brownie, a strawberry bar, the best banana nut muffin ever, and a lemon bar. The lemon bar was definitely my favorite and I’d go back just for those!

We loved the cake so much that we forgot to take pictures beforehand! This is a 9" round, I asked for dark chocolate cake and the flavor was exquisite ? Good design, we loved the chocolate ganache drip, a reasonable price as well. Thank you very much Lisa for your help, recommendations, and flexibility. I'll definitely be back to try out some other goodies
