Every other fast food place is a dump compared to Culver's. Every food item I've ordered has been carefully prepared with quality ingredients. There are efficient, friendly people waiting to take your order, not kiosks. The restaurant is spotless and well organized, and your food is brought to your table. The big plus are the great desserts waiting for you when you're done with your food!

Most recently whenever I come here, I end up with the wrong drinks. Lately, this has happened during my last few visits. The drinks are incorrect, the fries are always laying on the side without being filled all the way up, and its been a very disappointing experience.

Food was a little better than average. Culver's quality is a step above the big chains like McDonald's and Burger King. Service was good as Culver's always has plenty of staff. The part that got me was after I ordered I looked at my receipt and saw I was charged for making a chicken sandwich plain. It was clearly marked on the board but didn't pay attention as it was my son who ordered it. I guess I can not understand why removing toppings that cost them money should cost me more. With so many options at this price point I will think about this in my decision. I understand it is only 20 cents, but it's the fact that you are charging me more for less.
