I've been getting my seasonal popcorn here for my business customers for years and had always been great. Not sure if they changed the recipe or subbed it out. This year was terrible. Tasted like it came from a bag at walmart. Not homade like usual. We still love the custard as it is the best in lees summit. But won't be buying popcorn anymore if this is what it is now.

Fun shop with a huge treat menu. Rich custard with every add-in you can imagine. The burgers and dogs looked good, and fresh popcorn was just coming out of the popper.

Apart from frozen custard, they serve ice cream and Burgers. I gave the Jazz Burger a try and it was good for the price. The BBQ was the secret ingredient. This place is my families "Pop Up" treat destination. We dont go for the atmosphere, we go for the ice cream. the atmosphere is irrelevant. but still, good atmosphere...
custards is superior to andys in most areas. only possible downside is that nearly the entire staff is high schoolers, while this is not a bad thing, service can be questionable. The treats have been and are still superb. Love exists here and we mustn’t let it die out to the chains. Plus this food is affordable, its simple but fun. Perfect atmosphere, i just wish 291 wasnt there but, alas. I will never stop going here. Custards 4L
